Physical store is disgusting. The staff could care less about customer service. I placed a to go order most recently and they put my to go bag on the “ready” shelf (the one and only bag on the shelf), only to get to my destination to find my order is incomplete. this place is disgusting. not even open for an hour yet the floors look like they haven’t been swept in ages, counters are disgusting, dead bugs on windows beside the table, filthy nasty high chairs. why bother having a freestyle machine if you’re not even going to keep it stocked. the more you look around the nastier it gets. save yourself the trouble and do not come here. i’m surprised they’re still open

This has to be the worst costumer service I have ever experienced!!! I had to knock to let me in the door. The Food was awful and missing most of the order ( one burrito). I asked what was going on and they said “to bad we just out of stuff” and laughed. This was at 7 pm on a Monday.

Always print and check your receipt. 3 trips in a row where we have been overcharged. Their menu board prices are lower than what you pay. (See the 7.99 moes Monday signs that ring up at 8.99, getting charged extra for a kids drink with a kids meal, or 10c here and 20c there on mistaken prices)

Don’t bother coming at lunch, my husband was just there & was treated like an inconvenience. The girl behind the counter didn’t listen to his requests, and could care less that her job was to accurately listen. She moved throughout the process so quickly. Super disappointing. I waited for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to come take my order. No one ever came but there was a woman in the back sitting on boxes on her phone. I tried to get her attention but she didn’t pay me any attention. Me and another customer waited but ended up leaving. Horrible customer service!

Seriously… What is happening to the size of these burritos at Moe’s lately? I love Moe’s but over the last few years I’ve noticed the prices getting higher and the portions getting smaller. Completely disappointed. My wife went in to pick up the order and came back. I had the 3 soft tacos. The picture included is how all 3 looked. My wife tried to talk with the staff and was completely blown off. There is a tsp of meat.
