Stopped in for a quick dinner while traveling. Was never at one prior to this. I ordered a vegetarian bowl. It’s similar to a Chipotle except there was no charge for the guacamole I got in my bowl and chips came free on the tray. There’s a salsa bar, to pick what you’d like.

My kids LOVE this Moe’s location! They really enjoy making wishes and throwing pennies into the fountain out front. Inside, they love the chips, salsa, quesadillas and burritos. And their adult sized burritos are so big! A homewrecker lasts 2 to 3 days if you can keep from gorging yourself. The staff are friendly and greet you when you walk in the door. The food is prepared right in front of you and always looks fresh. They have everything you could want from beer to cookies to juice and sometimes they’ll even make special treats for your kids without you even asking for them.

Some of the staff are indifferent to customers/slightly rude, others are pretty customer service oriented and polite. I am a fan of their tacos, burritos, and queso. This particular location is in a shopping center so there is plenty of parking and great to go to after a day of shopping for a quick bite.

Ordered an online pickup 45 minutes before close. They have a built in feature where you can’t order 15 minutes before the store closes so I knew it would be okay to order it then. Went to pick it up and had arrived at 8:36 and the doors were locked. Knocked on the door multiple times and saw someone standing at the register ignoring me. Tried calling, no answer. Banged on the door this time given that they had my order sitting on the shelf along witn two others that had already been paid for. Finally manager came and let me in, said “you don’t need to bang on the door” Well, I did because that was the only way I was getting anyone’s attention. Anyways, not sure what their plan was if I had already paid for my food, but they weren’t going to let me get it. So won’t be coming back here.

Do you enjoy food poisoning? Then this Moe’s is your best bet! We picked up food here on 2/3/22 at 8:30 PM, consisting of a few tacos (pork, beef, and chicken), a vegetable quesadilla, and two kids’ meals and everyone got sick. Should’ve trusted my gut (so to speak) and walked out when the store looked grimy.

The employees do not communicate well with customers. I asked for a specific item from the order taker and the cashier from the other side started talking over me. I’m ordering my food very specifically and now I have to start over, not once but twice. I’ll try them again when the staff changes.
