Food was great and the people appear to be friendly. The menu seems smaller than it used to be though. The people taking orders and making the food seem to understand the words for specific ingredients but not much else. Due to language barriers, you can’t ask anything about your order. One item was upgraded to a meal while the other was not without really asking for it but the person didn’t really understand what I was asking. You can’t really ask any questions about the menu or ingredients due to the lack of understanding English. The place is clean and appears well cared for.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Moe’s and with that being said they had a few new sauces behind the counter that you have to ask for. I have not tried them yet and if I do I’ll be sure to update. I always get the homewrecker bowl and I can never finish it lol. They don’t skimp on the food that’s for sure. As they are a restaurant that offers for you to pick your own ingredients you can completely customize your food so if you hate onions all good skip them in the line, don’t like olives? Same just skip em and get what you want that’s what I love about Moe’s I can have everything I love and nothing I don’t want.

I really don’t eat at this location and understand that this could happen anywhere. But, I was disappointed when I chose this place for me and my daughter to eat before we went home. It was getting late, but I did not eat here after I saw one of the cooks leaving the bathroom without washing her hands. Regardless of whether or not she actually used the bathroom, she should have washed her hands. Moe’s put up your hand washing sign if it’s not there.

This Moe’s was absolutely amazing! The line chef was Utter. He was hand crafting the flour Tortillas as we walked in. That is how you know its fresh! The chickens were being plucked and the cows were being hunted in the store in the back. Who knew they have their own farm in the store! 100%organic meat. Back to the chef Utter…. so after collecting all of the fresh products around the store he greeted me with this very friendly Long Island accent”what would you like” I ordered the chicken burrito with fresh rice. I let the chef create the rest and man it turned out awesome! Thank you Utter chef

We were so disappointed in this location. Our nacho chips were soggy and they didn’t even give us the bag of chips and salsa that was supposed to come with our online order. When we arrived to pick up OMG it smelled like a sewer inside which made us not even want the food. Unfortunately it was already paid for online, but will definitely not return to this location. Management should have closed foe the day if there was a plumbing issue.

1st time visiting since the remodel of the location. You can tell that it’s a beautiful location, but all of the became null and void once you saw how clean the employees kept it, and it was really slow. When I came in there were about 4 employees huddled together laughing and talking while one young lady was making all the food. Soda machine nasty, and full of ice, couldn’t find a clean table or booth to sit at. Service and quality of food a little better. This place used to be horrible on portion of food based on the amount of money I would spend.

Small portion if food for 8.89 bowl like kid size portion?2 Servers at ordering were not friendly but cashier and end server were nice? Slow service took about 10 minutes to order had to wait until call in orders were finish? Messed up 3 different orders. All missing items, made wrong, delivered to wrong address (gave DoorDash wrong address). Made complaints on website never received a response. Called corporate can only leave message. Won’t be back. Fooled me 3 times.

They say they close at 10:00 p.m. but come 8:45 p.m. they have the dining room closed and the only thing you can do is squeeze into the small boost or sit outside. The people who work there are more focused on closing early than actually serving you
