We enjoy Moe’s from time to time but this was a first at this location and wow… the staff was very unfriendly. It’s a nice area overall but the inside of this place wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. The ingredients on the bar looked a bit too old as well which should have been a big red flag. I contemplated walking out in the middle of the lady making our food because of how rude and how much of an attitude she had towards myself and my kids. Will not be returning.

I ate at Moe’s Southwest Grill for the first time and loved it! I had the bowl with chicken. It was great; the chicken was very flavorful. The burritos are huge and filled up my husband. I recommend that you get the queso! It is the best that I have had in a fast food restaurant.

I only order from Moe’s once in a while. But that store has to be the most miserable, unhappy group of employees I’ve ever seen. Never any smiles, no hellos. There’s no comorarity there between the workers. It’s like they don’t want to be there at all. And it’s every time I go in. They appear annoyed while making your food. If I want a downer I’ll be sure to visit the store again, otherwise I won’t be going back to that location.

Last night we ordered two identical stacks. However, one of our stacks came with MANY jalapeños inside. We did not order jalapeños at all! We had to throw most of the stack away. We’re hoping this wasn’t some kind of prank!

We come here when we want to grab a quick bite to eat, or the other on on Falls of Neuse before the movies. Always love coming here. The chicken and black bean quesadilla is great. Each time we come we get a cup of the amazing queso.

Tony the manager is so nasty. He was incredibly rude to an elderly man and his grandson in front of me, and in the same breath told me never to speak to the staff working in the lobby because “they are new and know nothing.” I’m not really a person to leave reviews but his attitude is exactly why they can’t stay staffed.

Clean place, we dined at the restaurant and all our Burritos were rolled poorly, almost as if it was not attempted to roll but place it in foil. I will never go back to this one. If they do not teach their signature item, then everything else is not done correctly.
