No no no no! Moe’s has gone far down hill from what it used to be. The guys working there especially the cashier was super kind and friendly and I wish he had a team and management that cared for the location and its brand. All the food looked more than a few days old, the guacamole was brown. The rices were dry and burnt. The veggies were all wilted and sad looking. The proteins were grey and smelled really funny. The chips were fresh though. The dining area was a mess. I should have known something was up when the entire establishment was empty but I blamed it on the summer vibes and the university not being at full capacity. However this is no excuse for terrible food and an unclean environment. Moes in general used to be fun and upbeat with vibrant flavors, now Id get more vibrancy at Taco Bell. Do yourself a favor find another place to get food. They should turn this place into a bookstore.

Darius is such a good singer! It really makes the place sparkle. The employees were very nice. The burrito was super good, especially the tofu. The sauces were so good I got lost in them.

Meh, I thought this place closed down and we found out today they were open. Was not great. The salsa bar was out and the so was the soda machine. Which is crazy because we were the only people there. The food was ok but nothing I’d compare to anything worth having a second time. Staff was nice but I think on. Of them may of been high

The store has recently undergone a change in management, and unfortunately, my experience with the new manager and staff team was quite unpleasant. The portions of food provided were really tiny (not small, but tiny). Additionally, I was surprised to be charged over $5 for guacamole, and guess what… they did not put the guacamole in my bag after charging it.

So glad this place reopened! I just had the most wonderful experience where Russel and Chloe went above and beyond to make sure my food was free from a weird allergy I have. Despite being quite busy, the staff were all super welcoming and friendly with smiles on their faces. Welcome to Moe’s!

The meat options were all dried out the toppings were not much better and the queso had a burnt taste. After spending $30 for 2 entrees. Mine was trashed after 2 bites. I’ve always liked Moe’s better than Chipotle but this experience has me never returning.

Just left the Virginia Tech location. It is a short walk from where I work. I arrived at 1240, on the door was a handwritten note, “cash or online orders only”. I pulled in the door, it was locked. I saw someone sitting at a booth, he looked up at me but didn’t budge from his seat. I began my online order and stopped midway to call and confirm they were open. The gentleman that answered the phone said they were open, I told him the door was locked. He said “let me check it”, he came back to the phone to tell me he had unlocked it. I completed my online order, and went back in to pick it up. While waiting for my order I saw a Nintendo switch and a drink sitting at the same booth as earlier mentioned.

Ordered at the counter. Asked for double meat, didn’t get it. Asked for the cheese on the meat (so it would melt) instead of on top of other toppings, didn’t get it. This would of been prevented if I was allowed to watch them make it like every other Moe’s. They were out of the two most common salsa flavors and out of sweet tea. Dark chicken had pieces that were dry and hard enough to chip teeth. My visit was during lunch time and wasn’t busy.
