I wish I had read the reviews before coming here This place is a total disaster, our order was super late, they got everything wrong and left out half of our order, and it looks like a mess. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but just stay away, this isn’t worth it.

Going down hill fast. We’ve been eating at this Moe’s, since they opened. 2 weeks ago, it wasn’t the norm, just thought it was a bad night, the team used to care. Today, seriously bad, gave just a handful of chips, with what was supposed to be a Home Wrecker Bowl in the already down sized container, 1/2 the size! It didn’t taste right, probably because they didn’t make it how they normally do. I should have just walked out, when I saw her attitude. Called and talked Manager Izzy, she pretty much didn’t care, didn’t offer to make it right, just said, I’ll talk to them later, sorry. Yeah so am I.

As I walked into Moe’s to order the young man says may I help you? I looked at the food items they all looked dried out like they literally been sitting there all day. Who wants to eat that? So I said no thank you, I changed my mind. He then turns and walks over to his coworkers and loudly brags like I asked her what she want and she said never mind. And I said ok and walked away. You happy you lost a customer? That food was dry and disgusting looking which explains why the restaurant was empty. GOOD Customer service goes along ways. I only gave 1 star cause I had to.

Rude staff, dirty rag on counter, spills at salsa Station, water leaking from ceiling, tubs of the water from the ceiling on floor and counter, dripping all over floor! Won’t be back, can’t believe I ate here! If the dining area is this dirty, imagine the back or what else they aren’t doing right!

I went to pick up my lunch and there was barely anything in it, plus the rice was missing. I went to the register, after checking my receipt, to make sure I included rice in my order. I did. The guy said they were out of brown rice and do I asked for white instead. That’s when he brought the tiny condiment container to me. I was a bit shocked after all that’s probably 2 spoonful of rice. I said to the guy, i paid for rice with my meal. The girl making the orders further down yelled” that’s all we’re allowed to give”. I laughed, and another lady eating, who overheard the conversation started to laugh as well. Obviously this was a joke. I didn’t fuss or make a scene … I choose to STOP eating at Moe’s! They lost a regular customer.

the food is always decent, but my complaint isn’t about that. during my visit tonight, there was someone on the line who is supposed to be putting orders together playing on their cell phone and drinking a drink on the line in view of the customers. this person is the same person who couldn’t have gotten my mobile order of queso together last night because she was playing on her phone. it’s unprofessional and to be honest, it’s unsanitary.

Food that was delivered was wrong, the free chips for the meal were missing, the nachos came with 5 chips, more like broken crumb bits. I was told I could have asked for “extra” however I would not have needed extra if 1) the scoop was proper 2) the free chips and salsa came with the order.

Went into moes for lunch and the customer service has taken a spiral down hill. I don’t care for the word tip to be thrown out there, cattle prodded through the line and ignored when I made a suggestion to direct customers to follow the prompts on the tip screen.

Was upset from last visit with No Sweet Tea but that’s nothing compared to today. They removed the junior burrito size, so got kids burrito, and it was terrible. Ground beef was more of a liquid mixture than actual meat, so when I went to eat it, it was soaked with juice on outside already and just fell apart. What a waste of money.
