The worst experience I have ever had. They don’t great you any more and they were out of chicken,ground beef,onions green peppers mushrooms and when you ask they said it would take 20 min to make and the employees were wiping there noses on there sleeves and cleaning tables chopping meat and making food with the same gloves on. Not cool at all. So are you going to pay to eat there. Some changes are in order.

Goggled location while driving through from NC to pick up a salad. Terrible, the lettuce did not cover the bottom of the bowel, and it only got worse from there. The employees, miserable in appearance themselves, did not give a care about us or our food. I am giving both customer service and quality of food a one star, but really deserves NO stars. Holding management accoutable and filing a complaint with the corporate office. Moe’s in Garner NC, you are the best! Wish you could show this Moe’s how to provide excellent customer service.

I love Moes it’s literally my favorite burrito in the world. But this one is just terrible. I literally come here all the one because it’s right by my house but they never fail to provide horrible service. I’m not kidding when I say the last 5 times I’ve gone there’s only 1 person attending everything they never refill the meats or veggies until it completely runs out and I have to wait till they cook more veggies or steak. It’s happened every time literally and it is so ridiculous. The employees at this location seem so careless and they don’t keep the veggies or meats looking good or even filled. They always let the queso dry up too. Today I waited over 10 minutes because they didn’t have steak ready or green peppers. The last infront of me had to wait for them to bring guacamole and the people behind me got so frustrated they left the line. It really pushed me to write this review.

Literally the worst place in the mall. My favorite restaurant but the service is terrible . Every time I come there’s only two people working IF you’re lucky. Everyone always look like they’re lost in outer space. They are slowwwwwwww, the move like turtles. Wasted half my 30 min lunch break waiting for them to make my food with only one customer in front of me. If it’s not that they either don’t have black beans , no queso or the chips are stale. Giving them one star is too nice.

Worst Moe’s I have ever been too. Does not even compare to other Moe’s; or a salsaritas, chipotle, or Qdoba. The meal and service was awful. Employees (employee i should say) were extremely slow… could not understand the customers. No sense of urgency. The food was awful too. You ask for chicken, they give you no more than a few pieces. Food did not taste fresh. My family and I eat at a lot of the different mex burrito places, as mentioned above, and this experience was by far the worst one. Read the rest of the reviews and make a decision for yourself, although, I do not recommend this place at all.

i’m not gonna go into much detail but this location is great. the manger on duty was on top of her stuff and got people through the line. there was a large conference in the mall so the lunch rush was greater than usual and she accommodated.
