I usually love Moes but todays visit left a lot to be desired. Came in and no employees were behind the counter. No welcome to Moes today! Chips were stale, lettuce was a day old or just an old head browning on the edges and a little wilted. Also rice seasoning was in clumps leading to over salty pockets.

Used to love this Moe’s but the last experience was extremely disappointing. The restaurant was in a state of disarray and there were fruit flies all over the walls. Had planned on dining in, but the flies were such a turn off that we just left. The food tasted fine, but the cleanliness of the restaurant had me concerned, won’t be returning to this location.
Stretch
Came in for lunch today. They have music blaring out from a JBL speaker so we can’t even hear what the employee is saying and we have to yell our order back. Also no hair net, Bev/salsa area is a mess, and Starbucks coffee is in the prep station. Place needs stronger leadership or better employees. Coming from a guy who loves Moe’s this was disappointing to see.

Always good food. One of my favorite taco places. Fast service and always friendly staff. Any time I have an issue with my food they fix it right away.

Finally reopened after a year. (they closed for remodeling and then got caught up in the COVID mess) My one of my wife’s favorite fast food places, mainly for the salsa bar. She is a lover of salsa’s of any kind and with a choice of several different styles it is tailor made for her. The remodel is nice and has given it a fresher look. Menu has changed slightly but I think for the better. Food is good and service is pleasant and quick.

The staff all hate their jobs, so monotone and sad, the girl making my food sprinkled on like 3 onions lol. Food was good though.

So I wanted to give moe’ a second chance but unfortunately things have not changed, prep area looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while especially behind the equipment & surrounding glass, from tables,vents & floors to all the stainless steel are in need of a good cleaning/wipe down, workers were handling money & food with the same gloves they also were on cell phones, no one had on hair nets I witness a worker who was on her break sneezing coughing into her hands & went back to the prep area without washing her hands. So until corp. takes responsibility for this place I would say “ABANDON ALL HOPE”
