This was always one of our favorite places to go. However, it has gone completely downhill. The dining room was a disgrace not one clean table to be found. Trash filled to the max, one of the two beverage machines not working. Condiment station and salsa a total mess. When we went to place our order there was one young lady doing everything. I was pretty turned off when doing so just looking at the line. It was disgusting there was sloppy food and droppings all over the containers where they prepare food. Many items were completely empty and needed replenishment. I’ve never seen this place look this bad. Lack of management or anyone in charge overseeing the operations was very evident.

Most of the peeps working here were pretty cool. However, it appeared a little disorganized and behind the counter looked to be hit by a tornado. It was my first time here, the quality of food was good, however I could only get through about 1/4-1/2 of the homewrecker salad. I may eat it, I may toss it. I had it with the adobe chicken and I added everything. Certainly 2-3 servings. Good price. The Queso is as good as the hype.

As a first time customer the experience was confusing. The “do it yourself” attitude of the staff left much to be desired. Only 1 working drink machine and no ice during a heatwave was a less than pleasant experience.

You gotta give it to Moe’s. They may not be as popular as Chipotle but they do some things better. The free chips and salsa bar included with every item makes Moe’s stand out from Chipotle.

We loved Moe’s but lately food has become way too salty to enjoy. And people working here didn’t not coordinate very well. We ordered with the first guy, but the order got mixed up when passing down to the next guy, and then further mixed up when yet another guy took over. Kind of disorganized.

Great service, good variety of sauces, very clean but the food was flavorless. I ordered 3 tacos: one chicken, one steak and one carnitas. The steak is of low quality, with hard fat sections when you chew; the chicken has lots of seasoning but there was no flavor at all; the carnitas tastes as if sugar and rotten pineapple was added to it. And the corn tortillas taste like unsalted, stale, old, chewy tortilla chips.

Went here because so excited to find a Moe’s near me. I just moved here from jersey and I used to go to the moes over there and it was one of my favorite places to eat at. I order the same everytime but I was disappointed with my order.. they burned my first quesadilla and then remade it and the quesadilla is soggy, not cooked all the way, cold, the cheese is not melted , he sloppily threw guac and other ingredients on it and barely has any chicken on it. I don’t think I will be returning and I’m upset because I was a huge moes fan. I called and got hung up on and given attitude about it and told to come in to remake my order instead of refunding me which is just annoying n a waste of my gas.
