I ordered 2 taco meal kits and a gallon of sweet tea for noon on Sunday. When we arrived at 11:50, it was just being completed. The girl at the counter was very nice and wished us a blessed day. What a nice store! I recommend the Oakland store!

Nice fast food option with a few different toppings when compared to chipotle and other Mexican fast food restaurants. I liked that they offer both olives and onions. The guacamole is not as good as chipotle quac in my opinion. Same could be said about the meat options as I think the chicken and tofu options at chipotle have more spice and substance. Pick up was quick and on time.

I would like to start by saying I LOVE Moe’s. I eat Moe’s all the time. Moe’s has my favorite queso and burritos I can find anywhere. This particular day I went to Moe’s on Fifth Avenue in Pittsburgh and I was very disappointed. Now, Moe’s app does not allow you to choose all of their toppings on certain items when you order from the app. For example, when I order a burrito there is no option for me to choose pickled jalapeños despite the fact that I know Moe’s has them as an option for a topping. So, I called this location, gave them my name and order number, and asked them to please add pickled jalapeños to my burrito. The employee I spoke with, who did not give me her name, said she would add the jalapeños. However, she did not. I felt like this was a simple task that could have been completed. I called the store immediately after I sent my order through the app so there would have been no way the burrito was already complete or anything like that. My suggestion would be to fix your app or get employees with some integrity. Thank you.

New kiosk only ordering method is great. Allows for you to truly grasp all the options before ordering and to take your time with your decision. Also great for this time of social distancing. It did take longer than usual to get my food but that seemed to be more due to an influx of online orders as we didn’t have to wait to use the kiosk.

I had beef burrito and two tacos; nothing special to rave about but I wasn’t impressed by the price for the amount of food. The two tacos were vey small and were 6 dollars. The burrito was 8 bucks. I could have gotten twice the amount of food for the same amt at taco bell. It was a typical COVID dine-in experience not helped by some weak a/c on an extremely warm day. Overall, a very mediocre experience.

Love this place! I went for the first time maybe 2 months ago and now I go for lunch nearly everyday. I mostly order online which is so easy and its nice that you can customize everything, the kiosks inside are so nice, so you can see the options and not have to talk to anyone. The Moe’s rewards are great, I’m constantly gettin $10 off my meals! The food is amazing and super inexpensive, my new fav lunch spot!
