I have to say I’m impressed. Great service, and FRESH food. I have been to a few locations around the states and this was the first one where all ingredients were fresh. Mid day too. The steak wasn’t dried out, rice wasn’t over cooked and all veggies with a crisp. We enjoyed The Stack! Salsas could have used a little more kick, but the chips were super yummy!

This is hands down the best location, the staff is always friendly and the orders are always on point. I had the experience of seeing a disgruntled customer and the manager Kaylee handled it with poise and professionalism and her staff was impeccable through the whole experience I wish I could give them six stars 5 for the food and one extra for their decorum.

Placed online order for pick up, Ordered 2 homewreckers the exact same way and a burrito bowl, got there order was ready, great! Until I looked in the bag and saw a salad… no where on my order said salad or lettuce, so I walk up to the counter hand the girl my receipt and the salad, I tell her this isn’t what I ordered, she looks at the receipt and with attitude says what do you mean this isn’t what you ordered?? Lucky a wrong man walked up and said I’ll take care of it! Great made what I ordered and I was on my way… get home and this is what’s in the paper bag, 1 burrito I ordered and a baby burrito… $50 dollars later including a $5 tip… and this is what I get… does this look like 2 exactly the same burritos???

Food was typical Moe’s. Staff was under pressure, overworked or just new. Patrons could not hear it understand the initial order taker. Her delivery was only understandable with her final word. She said different things each time she spoke. The second guy was taking direction from her and he was overwhelmed by online and in person orders being switched back and forth. By the time you made it to the register, the cashier had no idea what was ordered. It appeared that the shift manager or crew lead was communicating loudly with some one in the back. Just trying to do their jobs with masks. I get it. The manager or franchise owner needs to improve the organization.

Ordered online, picked up on my way home from work. Once I got home I realized the meal I purchased for my daughter wasn’t in the bag. Drove all the way back, the manager was great and remade the meal for me. Once I returned home the second time, to eat my, now cold meal. I realized my meal was incorrect also. I ordered 2 beef tacos, I had 1 beef taco and 1 chicken burrito. If I had wanted a chicken burrito with rice, I would’ve ordered that. Instead they pick and choose whatever the hell they feel like throwing in the bag. Not worth my time to go back a 3rd time, but definitely will not be returning.

Instead of what I can only assume is tofu. I opened up my salad to find burned slivers no thicker then a potato chip completely all the way through out my salad. I figured I would pick out the couple burned pieces only to realize that simply wasnt possible after about my 12th piece of burned stuff. I had to throw the whole thing out, very disappointed.
