The associate who helped us was wonderful. His coworker treated him so poorly, she was an awful, awful person who should be fired. I called the store manager to let her know what happened. She never called me back. So I called corporate. They called me once, I couldn’t talk I asked them ( Adriana herb) to please call me back they never did. Shame on you Moe’s for not caring about your employees. I can’t imagine that you even care about your customers.

Typically I love this place. When they first opened I visited all the time. This was my first time back in a very long time. No one said hello. Which is great because I really feel too looked at when they do. But the man that took my order and made my food was miserable. He hates his job and made sure everyone knew it. He was just not happy! My biggest complaint were the chips. They were rancid. Absolutely no good and had a VERY sour taste. I’ve been a cook for year so I knew the taste immediately. I threw them all away after the first bite. They were in the process of frying new chips when I checked out, but it should’ve been done a long time before that
