Yikes! This is the dirtiest place I’ve been to, hands down. It was extremely dirty, the food was horrible and the staff sucked except one kid who was trying. There was no trash bag in the garbage can so garbage was spilling out the bottom. All the tables were covered in food and dirty, the floor was covered in trash, food and dirt. How anyone can eat here is beyond me. It’s disgusting, don’t trust the food either.

It was my first time there. Nothing was wrong. I prefer the flavors from Chipotle better. Just my preference. Moe’s does have more sauce options and comes with free chips and salsa. Was disappointed they were out of Moe’s sauce when I went.

Used to have great staff.. now most staff members seem inconvenienced just taking food orders. They also don’t know how to take off discounts for the Moe’s Monday deal (even though I’m a rewards member with the app and they scanned it…). I explained that there’s a discount and all I got was attitude. I didn’t even get the full discount after that.

worst ones ever if you wanna waste $52 come to this moes. they won’t even read the slips they will just make random food and throw it in a bag and than get mad when you come back complaining. didn’t even remake our food and give fresh left the messed up food in bag & only gave the missin item waste of money. $52 & we didn’t even get what we payed for & asked for. next time i’ll save myself the time & just go to mcdonald’s. awful

Ordered through DoorDash never had a problem before until now, the sent me a burnt cheese quesadilla, a quesadilla with burritos fillings in it when it was just supposed to be a burrito. I ordered a cup of queso & didn’t receive it. Place is a joke. Can’t handle to make people’s food when their under pressure. If you don’t like your job quit.

I went in looking to just get some tortillas and I was willing to pay an inflated price for them. I didn’t have time to make my own and the tortillas from the grocery store stink. They just gave me the 5 or so tortillas. Thank you so much

Update..(Moes finally fixed my issue and gave me a free meal ro pick up,, all I have to do is mention the managers name and other info and it will be free.)I ordered and paid for online,not busy I had to wait 26 minutes, the manager said a lot of workers did not show up. I called up and complained the Manger apologized and said there are only 2 employees working today, he took ally info down and I will get the right order that I ordered. Thanks to the manager. Customer service 5 out of 5 stars

The food was ok .the floors were very sticky and smelly they are not cleaning for sure!! Cob webs in vestibule and t9ns of dirt in corners, which does not happen in one day!!! Trust me, i ran a national cleaning company!!
