Really Moes!! Bought a Nacho Kit and got 2 of the smallest bags of chips! Also got a Fajita kit and they didn’t even fill the cups of the sides. And I ordered a third thinking 3 bags of chips be plenty for a family of 7, but I combined all 3 bags into 1 bag and the bag wasn’t even full!! What the hell am I paying $42 for? Not the chips for Nacho obviously, too it off, no salsa or sour cream Called the store and was informed new management set a rule for 1 single scoop for each nacho and it’s a smaller scoop than before, and they upped the price of nachos That’s just wrong. Be better Moes

Food seemed fine. Service seemed overwhelmed or semi chaotic as they tried to push out orders. The walls however had food and drink stains, the floor was filthy, to be honest, the entire place could probably use an overnight scrubbing to make the place feel and look clean.

Would be minus a thousand stars if I could. Didn’t say hello after we said hi, asked how his day was going and it was a blank stare. My hubby ordered a burrito and he gave him a junior size, tried to tell him it was the small size and he just showed all the small sized burritos. Then I ordered a burrito and I got the regular size. Was just frustrated so we checked out and they tried to charge us for two regular sized burritos. Just not friendly at all. We go to moes all the time and never have an issue. I understand if you’re having a rough day but to just be mute when a customer is talking to you, you’re in the wrong line of work.

My husband and I went there for lunch at around 1pm today. The server behind the counter needs a new line of work. He never spoke to us, when we told him what we wanted he just pointed to the toppings and gave us a really blank stare, there’s no facial expression on his face at all. No “welcome to Moe’s” came out of his mouth. Truth be said not a one word came out of his mouth! The place was very dirty, garbages where over full, the floor had covers from drinks all over it, the bathroom was beyond dirty there was no paper towels it didn’t smell clean not sure when the last time anyone cleaned the whole place. The 3 people that where working you could tell weren’t a high productivity group. If I could take away the one star I gave them I would cause they didn’t even deserve even a 1 star. I wouldn’t recommend the Moe’s in Saratoga to anyone.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen an employee be less enthused about his job. There was no talking, he barely acknowledged me and he looked like he hadn’t slept in days. Poor kid, I almost asked him if he was alright. And $2.49 for a tablespoon of queso on my burrito? Wth. The food was ok but not good enough for what they charge. Unfortunately I think my Moe’s days are over.

I had ordered my favorite white chicken and cheese burrito with guacamole, cheese, sour cream, corn salsa and it was all fresh and very tasty. The customer service that I received was good too. They were all friendly and fast and they all worked great together.
