We have been to this place before, and have had better experiences thus the 2 star rating… Today, however, we walked in with 5 kids, ordered and found out afterwards that they had NO TORTILLA CHIPS. Well the food we received wasn’t enough to fill 5 growing bellies without the supplemental chips. Had to order extra food and no apologies from staff! In addition, when we got our food and headed to a table there was not a clean one in the place. The floors and tables covered in food! Disgusting! The owner of this establishment should be ashamed! We will never return!

I went here for the first time a few months ago with my friend. I had never been to a Moe’s before and I have to say I was really pleased by the food here. I ordered a nacho bowl with chicken and it was really delicious. I also got some cheese sauce on it. The employee that was there was very friendly and gave me my water for free. I would love to go to this Moe’s again esepcially because when I went the last time there was no one else there so I was helped right away.

My husband and I went there for dinner tonight, and the place was not clean, the food prep line was horrible, the food def. was not fresh and we noticed a gentleman with long hair not covered in a hair net! We used to love the place, a few members of my family worked there in the past and it never looked like it did today! We will never go here again. We walked out and went to Five Guys!

Unfortunately, the service was unprofessional, the place was a mess behind the counter, they were not prepared for dinner and no one was even in line. The guy noticed that they were out of veggies after we started our order. We waited a few minutes without an apology or explanation and then decided to walk out! I was going to ask for a manager but all the staff was there in front of us and no one was doing a good job. Would be happy to try going back since this was my first time there! But I’m going to need to hear from Moes staff first…

Worst than bad. Bad customer services and they are proud of it! The salad -see picture- was less than sampler size and for more than $8. But they were very happy to tell me about the extra $$ for ingredients. Now even the cashier felt sorry for customers. I hope they can do better some day.

Love Moe’s and I’ve been to so many all across the US, this was the worst experience I’ve had. The staff had horrible attitudes, I told the guy making my food I wanted a cup of queso. When I was being rung out and was asked if that’s all I wanted I told him like three times I wanted a cup of queso as he was running around looking clueless putting my order on the trays. Proceeded to ring me out and i asked where my queso was and the guy had the gall to tell me i didn’t order it. Unbelievably rude and none of the grills were remotely clean. Would never come back here

Upon walking in, not only was I not “Welcome to Moe’s”‘d, I was blatantly ignored. While ordering the food, I was informed by not one, but two employees working the same station that it was their first day. I don’t go to Moe’s often, but you know it is a pathetically sad moment in training when you know the names of what you want on the menu and the person preparing your food needs to go ask what it is. I will consider myself lucky if I don’t end up getting food poisoning from this visit. The only reason I even bothered to eat the pathetic excuse for food is because I was not about to spend my hard earned money on such a miserable experience and still end up hungry.

Out of all the times ive gone to Moes this was the absolute worst. First of all I feel like their menu prices have jumped up substantially, $9 for just a small burrito! When I was ordering first of all the girl was not very welcoming, and she wrapped my burrito before I was even done ordering what I wanted in their. She then broke the burrito as she rolled it, which was fine as I saw she went to get a new wrap but then smooshed the old ingredients into the new one but left at least 40% of the food in the old wrap, threw it out and just wrapped up the new one with barely any ingredients. For $9 I would have liked to at least get all the food I had ordered. The condiments station had no napkins in, the floor was grimy, and the bathroom was very messy with no toilet paper in their! Oh and also the garbage was overflowing with food in the main area. Very disappointing experience.
