The staff was nice, but the food was crusted and burned to all of the trays that clearly just came out of the microwave. The corn salsa was brown, legit the corn was brown. The onions and peppers were brown and crusted. She started making me a salad, which had very little lettuce, and when I started looking at the rest of the food I politely told them I was no longer interested and walked out. They seemed offended. But again we’re not no rude by any means. I used to go to this MOEs but it’s been about a year. it’s very clear that it’s gone downhill. I don’t recommend

They make up there own hours. I’ve shown up multiple times different days they will have a sign up saying closed.. no one wants to guess your hours. Hoping corporate gets involved.. a friend and i already placed a call to corporate for the unprofessional way there running there establishment.

This is by far the worst Moes in the area.. food was bad. Very small portions. I will drive 20 mins out of my way next time so I never have to look at this place again.

They often serve uncooked rice. Also, there is a very rude red-haired lady at the counter. She didn’t let one of my friends use the restroom saying they had to order first. All of us got food from Moe’s except one and she still threw us out. The business of this branch relies on RPI students and they still behave in this manner with regular RPI customers.

Very friendly and prompt, caring service. Staff were aware of the menu, how to prepare, efficient, and attentive. They are doing a great job here!!!

By the end of the day, there aren’t that many options left. Food was okay. Only reason why I would go back is if I was starving. Free chips are nice though.

Went at 6pm on 6/29 and the doors were locked. Sign on door said they’d be closed 6/30 but nothing about today. Super disappointing.

Friendly, fast, good food. Right next to the college. Not a lot of seating and only one bathroom from what I saw, but it was clean. I’d go back if in town again.

Moe’s has always been a nice treat for myself every now and then. I was unaware that this franchise location was owned by RPI (as i was told by one of the staff) which is neither here nor there other than it was packed when I got there. Classes must have just let out because there were students all over the area. Curbside parking was easy to find. Even with the line out the door, the restaurant was well staffed and friendly. The reason for the 4 star is because the portions for the salad bowls were a little smaller than usual. Other than that, everything was very good as usual.
