I’m a fan of Moe’s but this is one of the most poorly run of their restaurants that I have been to. First red flag was the dead look in the eyes of the server as I walked in. The manager gave the customary greeting after a spell. I ordered a salad and the lettuce was kind of wilted; the pinto beans had been sitting in the steam tray so long they were starting to look like refried beans. The server was totally inattentive and acted somewhat impatiently, piling the food up in the center of the bowl rather than taking any care for presentation. The majority of the tables were dirty and I didn’t see anyone come out to wipe tables during my visit. Unfortunately I had to use the restroom during my visit and it was similarly disgusting. I chalk this experience up to poor training, but I also understand the talent pool is pretty shallow in the summer at a University town. Hopefully corporate will see what’s going on and find a way to turn this outlet around.

Grubhub delivery driver was great, but the order wasn’t. Don’t know how a burrito order gets screwed up, but that’s what happened. Of course, there’s no opportunity to get it corrected with a delivery or take out. Pretty annoying.

Amazing experience. We frequent Moe’s and each time is always better than the last. What’s not to love about free chips and salsa with your meal? Staff is always friendly. Great vegan accommodation and tons of options. Please give them your business.

It’s a fast food joint and no experience will always be the same. Went in during Monday lunch hour and was quickly served our food. Only complaint was with the nacho chips. I literally got about 13 chips, and they were just dripping with oil to the point of not looking like something you would want to eat. Odds are the next time I hear “Welcome to Moe’s” things will be different, but will they be better?

Customer service is awful, chips are regularly stale or oversaturated with oil. Easily the worst Moe’s I’ve ever been to. I was short 25¢ on my bill because a gift card had less money than I thought I had on it. The manager looked at me like I was an idiot and I was forced to awkwardly stand there without any help before I finally stormed out. I work at a neighboring restaurant if someone was short a whole QUARTER I’d ignore it and give them their food. Seeing many reviews that agree management is rude and incompetent leads me to believe I’m not being unreasonable. Hope ownership reads these and considers making changes

Burritos are good, this location is getting very skimpy on the tortilla chips. Wife and I each ordered a burrito and we got about 10 chips. Last time we were here everyone got a large handful of chips to go with your order. Asked for a few more chips and was told if you want more you have to buy a bag of chips. The cleanliness of this store leaves a lot to be desired. Almost all tables were filthy and floor was covered in food. And there was only one other couple in the store. The workers all standing around on their phones.

I often used to get their vegetable rice bowl for lunch and it tastes great! Seasoned rice with full of beans, pickles, olives, salsa, fresh salad and cilantro make the bowl quite flavorful and refreshing. Amount is more than enough for an adult if you aren’t super hungry

Awful service. I’ve always gotten kids meals at Moes because I like the portion size and it usually comes with a drink a cookie. I go in to get one, the lady making it has no issue, but as I’m cashing out the cashier is extremely rude and says I can’t get it because I’m not under 12. There are no rules in place saying I cannot get a kids meal if I’m above 12. She then charged me the 8 dollars for the kids meal but didn’t include the drink or cookie that are included with it.It wasn’t a Sunday I wasn’t trying to get a free meal I just wanted to pay for a smaller portion and the lady was extremely rude. I know if I ordered one online I would’ve gotten the meal just fine because I’ve done it multiple times before. It’s not about the drink and cookie it’s about the way she talked to me over a kids meal. Extremely rude and I will not be coming back.
