We regularly drive 20 minutes to the Moe’s in Windsor because the food here is terrible. The rice is never well mixed so you get a mostly bland burrito with pockets of inedible spice. The app never works with coupon codes and for some reason they rarely put the tostada inside the stacks, which kinda defeats the purpose.

Not sure what’s going on with this place lately? No lettuce, no coke zero, stale chips that were all crushed up, salsa stand out of some of the salsas? This isn’t the first time this has happened. I like Moe’s and I always say I like it much better than Chipotle but they need to get it together.

I love that online orders take priority over customers who come into the store. After waiting in life for 20+ minutes, when it was my time to order, I got told to give them a few minutes to catch up on online orders. Super frustrating.

Place has really gone downhill. Dirty tables, 70% of soda selections out, double the price of a couple years ago, but protein portions are half the size. Guac is extra (had always been) but now they serve it by the quarter teaspoon. Bowl of queso was only 2/3 full. Servers are all very nice though

I used the mobile app I downloaded in the parking lot lol. Made a phone call and went in and my order was ready to go with an empty cup and I was able to get my drink and not have to deal with anyone. It was great.
