I suppose I can’t eat pizza every day. So today I was in the mood for tacos. I decided to go to Moes in Avon. I actually prefer Moes over chipotle although both are good. Every time I go here there is a line, it moves fairly quickly though. Probably my favorite thing about this particular Moes is they don’t scream “WELCOME TO MOES” when someone walks in. The food is always fresh and the service is always fast. The only thing I wish they would focus on a little bit is wiping the tables down more often. I know it’s tough because they are so busy. Just some constructive criticism though. Thanks a lot guys!

Got just about everything wrong on my online order for a salad. Forgot 4 out of the 7 toppings…impressive. Didn’t realize it until I got home and not worth the trip back. I guess you really need to stand there and point to everything for them to put it on.

Ordered chicken tacos to go. Service was excellent. Food was very good but the chicken was only luke warm when I opened the package 5 minutes later. Otherwise excellent.

Service and food is bad for the price. Food seems very old and it’s not the taste I would expect from moes. Quantity is also less compared to what we got pre pandemic. I would suggest to stay away and go to chipotle instead

Really gone downhill, will not be returning to this location. Food has gone downhill. You’d be lucky if half the trays have food in them, tortillas are falling apart. Workers’ attitudes are terrible. They also won’t remake it when they absolutely butcher your food. Do not recommend, I’ll drive the 15 minutes further to go to Windsor.

I came into the store today doors were locked. I was on a phone call so I finished my phone called they unlocked the doors a few minutes later. I walk in there’s one guy behind the counter doing online orders I stood in front of him for a couple of minutes, he didn’t even acknowledge me. After he finished one online order, he went to the next continuing to ignore me. I heard laughter coming from the back. But they didn’t come out front to help the guy upfront. Went to Chipotle.

Food was good, staff and service were rude at this location. This franchise should do a better job training their staff to treat customers with respect, not like we are an imposition. I will not be returning to this particular establishment, there are many more friendly places to spend my money.

Ordered lunch online at 12:39pm. Pick up at 12:54pm. Get there at 1pm. (giving extra time) No order. Stood there for 5 mins before being acknowledged by a girl coming from the back. She alerts the guy making food who is tending to everyone in line and ignoring me standing at the register waiting for something that was supposed to be ready 10 mins ago. He says “i’ll get that out” and goes back to tending to the line. If I had time to stand in line, I would have done so. I asked for a refund and left, because I had to get back to work. Beware : if you order online, what that really means is you’re pre-paying to stand at the back of the line anyway. I don’t know how often this happens but I’ll never go to this location again. Embarrassing customer service.

The food was tasty as usual, but to me what was significant was the great morale exhibited by Robert and the crew up front. It was obvious the crew worked well together, and the front man Robert (we call the first person behind the counter “the front man”) led by example. When not busy up front he and his crew were busy making sure the dining area was clean and maintained. Impressive.
