The food is good, however the app story it true, can’t believe without the app the food of almost double the price, I paid $10.

Food was good. Service not so much. 3 people were helping put together orders and 2/3 of them had no personality. I was asked 3 times what I wanted in my burrito because they kept forgetting. It was painful to add queso to our order and I got a dirty look when I asked for a bowl for my burrito (the burrito itself split open so I said to just give me a bowl and I’ll be fine). The cashier also had no idea what we ordered. We came for the food but probably won’t be back due to the service.

Worst service I’ve ever gotten in my life. Stopped by here today around 3:30 with my boyfriend…. we walked in and it took the two behind the counter five minutes before we were even acknowledged. Finally, the guy behind the counter looked at us and asked if we were all set. We said no that we needed to order, and he looked at the woman named Rose behind the counter to ask her to take our order. She got mad at him and said “you’re not my boss,” with the worst uncalled for attitude. When we finally went to place our order, she didn’t even know what the Three Amigos was. She asked the other guy (didn’t catch his name) to do it because she “didn’t even know what it was” and had “never had to make that before.” He didn’t even know how to make it either….. I tried reading it off the menu, because I get it, I’ve worked in food service and if it’s something you don’t know well I try to help. Instead all they did was argue with each other over it, so we walked out and I drove 20 minutes away to get Panera instead.

Free chips and salsa, really good food and I never feel like i don’t have enough in my homewrecker. Great portions and great staff. I always bring home a container of quac cause its so good.

READ! My family and I ate at moes for 3 consecutive days. We were doing a home renovation and had no kitchen. The staff was friendly everytime we went in to pick up our food. Here is the reason for the negative review…

Never had a worse burrito. Under cooked almost raw rice. The chips they have whatever recipe they use has a bitter after taste. Chicken was cold they don’t stir anything in the buffet trays. The wrap wasnt steamed very floury and broke apart. Wouldnt eat here again.

The rice was hard both kinds and everything was SO salty. I tried one bowl but it was so bad i couldnt eat it. They let me make anouther one with diff rice n meat but it to was awful i just trashed it and lost 11 bucks i wont ever eat at a moes again. Ive had it other time and it was good so they must have changed things.

Very friendly staff (they all shouted hello when I entered), fresh food, and the place was immaculate. Also, they give you free chips/salsa with each order =) It’s like a better version of Chipotle’s!
