So blown away by our mid day meal! Went around 2pm on a week day, so they weren’t very busy, counter service which was actually great. Came from 5 hours of hiking so just wanted to chill! The bama style pork platter was to die for and the fried green tomatoes were perfectly crispy and juicy. Great bar and friendly staff. Enjoy an amazing view and some very filling food!

Food came out quickly and still warm. Service lady was nice and friendly and informative. Longest wait period is ordering. Other than that, Moe’s is a tasty bbq place with a beautiful lake view. (Ordered pulled pork with Mac n cheese and wife ordered Salad with Mac n Cheese)

Smoked chicken platter was delicious (they were out of ribs). Most of the sides were decent, but nothing to jump and down over. Great new (?) location, with a sports bar area and more table seating, with a view of the lake. Good beers from the attached brewery, Three Sheets Brewing.

Went on a Thursday evening place was nice and warm on a chilly night. Good food. Had the chicken with macaroni and cheese also broccoli salad portion size was huge I had left overs. The banana pudding desert was great! Would definitely recommend this place. Our server was awesome as well.

Ordered three whole chickens and paid $88. Portion sizes are tiny! We had to go to the nearby subway! Their online pics are misleading. The chicken literally tastes like it’s been in the fridge for a couple of days (uncovered) and microwaved. Absolutely disgusting, we actually gave it to the dogs. Has absolutely nothing to do with bbq, it’s not even cooked the same day. Absolute scam.

I really wanted to like this place but I left feeling disappointed and underwhelmed. The atmosphere is great. You can smell the smoke as you walk up to the door. The restaurant looks out over Lake Tahoe and the docks. The food selection is decent, traditional southern bbq. St Louis ribs, pulled pork, smoked wings, etc.

This place has the worst food I have ever had. We were excited to try their bbq chicken. It tasted like they made it yesterday and microwaved it before packing it up. It was tasteless and DRY – even the drumsticks. How can a bbq place mess up chicken drumsticks??
