I really enjoy their pizza however I will say the last several times I have taken my daughter here they put hardly anything on her pizza. Yes she is a kid, but kids like at least cheese on their entire pizza. Half her pizza this time was just sauce I would say. I guess I’m going to have to open them before we leave and ask for it to be done again the next time I get one that looks like this. It’s really not that hard and quite a sad lack of effort.

Went in and ordered 2 mod pizzas and they looked great when they were finished being prepared! Was told one had to be remade, and I was totally fine with that. The downside was they rushed through putting all my toppings on the new one I had to have be remade, while also not putting extra of some of the toppings when I asked to have them on like on the one before and kept rushing me, and put hardly any sauce and cheese on just so we wouldn’t have to wait for the other pizza to be cold, so my pizza came out as mostly just dough, so it would’ve been more convenient to just redo all of them so we didn’t have to wait long and have warm and fresh pizzas with actual toppings and not just dough and hardly any sauce but I guess not.

First time trying mod pizza and I was very impressed. My husband got the mod pizza and customized it to his liking. The employees were very generous with toppings. I ordered the salad and it was super fresh and tasty, the portion size was enough to eat there and take some home for dinner!

Just went up to mod pizza on the south hill with my boyfriend. Both of us had a hard and long day and just wanted to grab an easy quick bite. When you walk into a place at 10:30pm you don’t always expect to have excellent service. But Justin provided nothing but that – excellent service! By far the best mod experience I’ve ever had. It made my night not to have to go in and argue with someone over how I want my pizza. He just listened and did. Extra chicken, you got it. Sauces on the side, here’s two. What a guy! We adore you Justin. Thank you for working hard and making people happy. Customer service 10/10!

I have always really loved mod pizza but I usually order online. My daughter and I went into the store recently and I was disappointed with the wait. The line wasn’t even that long and they had plenty of staff but I don’t think the store is set up to fulfill online and in person orders. We waited in line a long time while they helped online orders ahead of us, which I get the orders were placed first but I can see people getting really frustrated.
