The food was great. No one greeted us as we arrived. No directions on how things worked after they did come to help us. And then we stood at the register for 5-6 minutes without anyone saying anything else to us.

Very hit and miss at this location but today Sunday at 7:45 pm the staff was not good they had 5 people working only 1 at the counter and she was slammed and nobody was helping her. I watched everyone of them go grab a drink and communicated between themselves and then were super rude to the associate that was helping us. The lady helping us took exactly 26 minutes to make our four pizzas BEFORE the went in the oven. She clearly needed help but all the other employees were just rude and doing their own thing. These were all females.

The young lady helping me was not a very good listener however, she was polite. At the end of the experience my family did enjoy the pizzas. I think she was overwhelmed due to how busy it was. And she spelled my name like a boy. I really don’t care but I know many people who would be bothered by that.

How can you not like the pizza? You pick whatever you want on it. They even put extra mushrooms on it after I asked nicely. I got mine to go, not a fan of the overall feel of the inside. The crust is even good enough to eat, the sauce doesn’t taste from a can, they don’t skimp on portions. Great ingredients. I don’t have any pics to share because all evidence was consumed.

Mod Pizza is always good. This particular location gets a 5 star because the two dudes working this afternoon were extremely pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately that’s not always the case in customer service these days. It’s too bad we were only in town for the day otherwise we’d be back to this location regularly, especially if the rest of the staff is this good. Keep up the awesome.
