Courteous staff, great pizzas, this is a new MOD pizza location, it’s relatively bigger in terms of sitting capacity, always fun to get to choose your own toppings and see it being made in front of you. I love their side dressings. The cheese garlic bread was just fine, not as soft as I like.

Pizza is great, service is painfully slow! I know this is a new location so hoping that will improve. They only had one person making pizzas for the long line that was waiting, while two people were making pizzas for takeout. Took us 30+ min both times we’ve been there.

So happy to have a MOD pizza in Hawks Prarie area, beautiful and updated inside, staff friendly and professional working under the leadership of Amar, great professional store manager, a great roll model, and ambassador for the MOD Franchises. I have had the pleasure of knowing Amar for several years from the South Hill branch. I have no doubt under his leadership and guidance this location will flourish. It was ok. I’ve had better pizza especially for the price. Went because everyone hypes it up. Not sure if it was just a bad experience for the first time or what. The girl helping had us confused when we gave her our order and was not very helpful. We felt very rushed and We had to tell the other staff what we wanted on our pizza when we ordered specific ones from their menu. Not sure if I will go back.

My 3rd time in since opening and the crew for today was spot on. It did help it was slow but the guy on the line made my order awesome. Asked for little extra oregano here and garlic there and honestly thought he gave me more than I wanted but turns out to be exactly what I needed. Dough was fresh out the back because of restock so it cooked phenomenal and whoever was manning the stove did great moving water pins and the pie around. Of course you hear the group welcome and thank you as you leave.

This is a new location for them. Some of the staff, one in particular, was about as friendly as a rock. He ignored us for 3-4 minutes with zero acknowledgement. Then we he finally decided he had to help us he made it obvious that we were a bother. A different guy stepped up and took over and he was nice and friendly. If this particular person is there next time I will simply leave and eat elsewhere. Oh… The pizza is great, always good.
