What a fun place to take someone how is picky pizza person. Get their own the way they like it. A great place for kids to make their own as well. Pick your sauce, make it half red and half white. Add all the meats you want or make it all veggie. Clean establishment and helpful staff.

Visited on 2/23 with my family and ordered two Mega Dough with all Vegies. This was delicious and we all enjoyed this platter. But we noticed three major findings.

Excellent price for basically the Subway of pizzas! Have been here 4 times now and the food is great! Only gave 2 stars on service because we were there at 9 when it didn’t close till 11 and the staff was already putting up chairs for the night and seemed a little unhappy. We also were asked dine in or take out…all 5 of us said dine in…but were given our pizzas in take out boxes instead of plates….there again maybe cutting a corner.

We visited during lunch hour on a Saturday. It was busy, but the employees were friendly and kept the line moving. Pizzas were delicious and baked perfectly, although they could use some improvement on spreading out ingredients across the dough (that takes some practice to do quickly). The ambiance was pretty jovial and exactly what you’d expect for a Mod Pizza. Very glad to have them in Olympia.

I like this new location. They are quick and are not shy with toppings and sauces. Also was happy to see a nice note on the lid today (thank you staff!). I got pizza for lunch specifically because I had a rough morning and wanted comfort food and this made me smile.

Unfortunately this mod pizza has gone down hill and isn’t recovering. They consistently burn the pizzas and aren’t edible in the slightest. I’m very dissatisfied and won’t be returning

As a Door Dasher I was treated very, very nice, while I waited for the order. No other restaurant offered me a drink of my choice before. I don’t know the pizza baker’s name but I was extremely impressed by his humanity!

I originally ordered through doordash and there was a mix up and I received someone else’s pizza. Not a big deal, it happens! I’m leaving this review because I reordered and not only did I receive the correct pizza, but they went above and beyond! They not only refunded both orders, left a very kind note, and tossed in some no name cakes! Truly amazing service and made such a positive experience out of a slight inconvenience! Thank you to the team working the evening 8/3, I will absolutely be a returning customer! This location rocks!

Measure your pizza before you leave. My MOD size should have been 11” but was barely 9”. I get some shrinking when it cooks but 2 inches?!?

Will never go back to this location. Have been there twice, a month apart, and had the same experience both times. Staff ignored us at the counter – didn’t even acknowledge us. There were 4 people ahead of us in line to order and the gal – yep, just one, stood with her back to us making pizzas. Never looked directly at is, never said she would be right with us, nothing. She was working on 4 pizzas. VERY slowly working on them. As if she was in the store by herself. The young man at the oven looked like he was pretty busy. That’s it. 2 employees at 11:30am on a Friday. Five out of six of us left without ever ordering. The time before it was nearly exactly the same. There were more employees but they were unconcerned that there were customers in the store. More interested in chatting amongst themselves. Mod corporate should know this and do something. I will be driving miles out of my way to visit the Lacey store from now on.
