This place has SUCH a cool vibe! I wish I took more pics! Cool atmosphere. Really fast service. Andddd amazing food! I already went to another location after visiting this one… pretty cool restaurant chain, but this location has a really great vibe inside – like a cool place to hangout and a great place to get takeout!

This was the first time I been here and I liked it a lot. The staff are nice the restrooms are being kept up and the building layout is beautiful. I will be definitely coming back to give them my repeat business. I recommend Mod Pizza for everyone to try. The owner should be proud!

I ordered online because i work in an office i can not be away from. I am Hypoglycemic and i order food WELL ahead of when i know i need to eat. Today was ridiculous, I ordered the pizza at 12:20, the order receipt said it would be ready at 12:39, My coworker got there at that time and they informed him it would be another 10 minutes, and he did not leave the building at 1:01. I would understand if it was busy, but it was not. They missed an ingredient on mine, i had to go back for (thank god i was able to get someone to cover for 10 minutes) and then to add to the complete lack of customer service, when i walked in the lady who folds boxes all day had the audacity to roll her eyes at me when i asked them to add the missing ingredient. I am so frustrated and calling the store got me no where so lets try here. I was a waitress for years and understand how it goes, but dont forget parts of the order, be late on that order, then roll your eyes at me when i come up and point out that something was missing.

I just want to know what I did wrong: I ordered an online order (making sure to tip and everything) and arrived when it said it would be ready. The girl working there told me it would be ready in eight minutes WHICH IS TOTALLY FINE, even though it took a lot longer. While making them the guy working there trys to tell me something but I couldn’t here him so I got up and his smile fades as he repeats himself, saying that he has to remake one of them. I don’t mind at all and just say that’s okay and sit back down. When the order is finally ready the girl who I first spoke to calls my name and when I walk up to the counter, making sure to smile so she knows I didn’t mind waiting, she just stands there and silently gales at me. I don’t know why so I just walk around to the other side of the counter assuming she wanted me to move, but why not just say that? And when I got home the pizza they remade was missing multiple toppings and was made with way too much cheese. I don’t know if they were assuming I would be rude for having to wait and were trying to rush me out the door but I was patient and polite. Just want to know why that girl glared at me and why not make the pizza the right way if the person doesn’t mind waiting.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience this evening. I placed an order for my family at 6:18 and the website said to arrive at 6:40 for pick up. I got there at 6:42 and when I walked in, the woman behind the cutting station greeted me and asked who I was picking up for. I have my partner’s name, Jenna, and she looked at all the orders already waiting to be picked up, but didn’t seem to see it so said it will be up soon.

Ordered online, after 40 minutes and watching people I’ve seen come in get their food I inquired about mine, only to learn it hadn’t been started yet. The people there were nice while refunding my money but why have an option to order online if you’re just going to make the people’s food who are there first? Just wasn’t impressed.

After hearing all the rave reviews on the radio, I finally had to try this place. I was extremely disappointed. First the crust. You have a choice of regular or thick (at an extra charge). They should list them as super thin and maybe regular. I got the regular thinking it would be, well, regular. Instead is was super, super thin. it was thinner and crisper than most crackers. Then the sauce. I could see a lot of the crust through the sauce they put it on so thin. You can choose up to 8 cheeses. I chose one. You would think they would be a good amount on it when you only choose one, but no. I could see the crust and sauce through the cheese and there was no stretch to it at all. You then have the choice of 40 toppings. I chose 2. Again, since you can pick up to 40, you would think they would put a good amount on when you only pick 2, but no. All in all for the price they charge its a ridiculously small and thin with very few toppings. I also tried one of their no name cakes. It tasted ok, but a bit too much cocoa, and very small for the price. At over $3 it should be bigger.

Every time I come here they are significantly late with the order even when we ordered 5 hours in advance. They consistently severely burn or undercook our pizza. On one instance we had to tell them what ingredients go on their MOD classic pizzas because they made it without half of the ingredients. Not good experiences – super consistently bad 🙁
