Positive and outgoing staff. Delicious, hot pizza. Love the black berry lemonade. (It was a hit with my daughters). They also have gluten friendly options for my wife (celiac disease).

The pizza was wonderful. Always very fresh and tasty. Everytime we go in the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We notice that there is always parking available along with handicapped parking.

The pizza and salad artist was awesome. He did a great job! The female who was working (short and I think glasses) seemed clueless! I asked her if she was new and she said “NO.” Wow, she needs more training. The salad and pizza were super good! The ladies rest room was immaculate!

Wow. I’ve been to this location a few times and have always enjoyed the service. The employees working tonight need some serious re-training! Bad attitude from start to finish from all 3 female employees working Wednesday 5/17 around 8:15 PM. Asked for extra cheese, eye-roll. Rushed us through the toppings, not listening to what we wanted. Both pizzas ordered came out super doughy. Asked for side cups of sauce instead of a drizzle on top(this has never been an issue before), and the person at the cutting station rolled her eyes at me then veritably threw one of the sauce cups at me over the counter. Mind you, this location closes at 10PM, it’s not like we walked in the door at 9:57PM and demanded service. Their atmosphere felt awkward as well like we’d just walked into the room after a huge fight. Overall, I left this restaurant feeling disappointed in the service we received.

We’re a family of 9. We usually have the biggest order of the night on any given day. They ALWAYS take the best care of us. If it takes too long, they give coupons for a free one next time, if they “burn” any of our pizzas they replace em and compensate us for our time. Great company all around and the bonney lake crew is THE best. ❤️❤️❤️

Well, the girl that served us she was nice. But the girl that was putting the pizza in the oven she wasn’t wearing any gloves, and she was touching her hair, ears and the walls and mopping the floors. I understand everything but come on, use the freaking gloves !!! That’s gross

I had a weird DD delivery where they had already made the order, and I ended up calling the customer , and they confirmed it never got dropped off. Mod was amazing and re made it to perfection they saved the night!

Food is good, but the online pricing is terrible with 2 different prices showing for the same mega dough. The phone system is also a nightmare. 5 minutes of the run around, and 3 transfers before they let you talk to a person with better comprehension skills than their high school quality phone system. Avoid unless you are going in, and going to wait for them to make it on the spot.
