Ive been to many MOD Pizzas and came to South center to try the new one in the area. This Mod seems smaller than others, staff friendly enough, but need help on keeping the place clean and stocked. The napkins were out, Parmesan packets were out, trash was full.

I recently had my first visit to MOD Pizza, and unfortunately, it might be my last as well. I noticed that the staff seemed disorganized, and there appeared to be a lack of leadership or coordination among the team. When they made a mistake with my pizza order, I politely requested them to make a new one, after they asked me if they should make the correct one, since it was their error and I wanted the correct pizza. It was surprising to see that the CEO/owners were present but did not seem to be involved in addressing the situation. They drove off in their Tesla and didn’t bother to check on their customers.

Once we came in the vibes weren’t really there. I order the pizza and while waiting for the pizza we noticed that the employees seemed to be out of place and the workers don’t know what they are doing. Looks like higher ups are constantly watching over the workers on everything they do. Even after waiting we noticed many customers coming in don’t know where to go for the line or either leave after coming in to see the werid layout of the mod pizza. While eating the pizza which took awhile this man with glasses kept asking us how the food is when we constantly told him it’s good, like at the same time I’m just trying to eat my food in peace. Overall the pizza was okay taste like any other oven pizza, the dough tasted a bit werid tho. Didn’t like how we were disturbed multiple times about how the food was and being asked to join a rewards app. Seemed a bit overprice for oven pizza you can make at home or maybe it’s the location we went too.

Our experience was amazing. Ash in particular was super helpful and had some great suggestions on what to add to our pizza. We ordered the Tristan and a salad. It tasted homemade and super fresh. We super enjoyed our experience.

First time in the new Southcenter location and as soon as I came in, I was greeted. Jessica made sure to make a fresh dough for me which I really appreciate because I used to work at MOD and know first-hand how fast dough can dry up if it’s been sitting a while. She was fun to talk to and very kind. My pizza came out in less than 10 minutes and was absolutely fresh and tasty. Thank you MOD Squad! ❤️
