This place was slammed with customers and online orders when I got in but the line kept moving steadily and the employees were all communicating with each other well. There was a problem with one of my pizzas and the two people finishing pizzas out at the oven (short dyed hair in a ballcap) and cutting and boxing (long hair tied back with a bandana) who seemed to be in charge made sure I was able to get a remake quickly without being too disruptive to the rest of the line, and quickly let the rest of the team know about the problem to prevent it happening again. The customer service was above and beyond expectation. Food came out great. Absolutely getting pizza here again.

Fast is a very generous overstatement. There are six of us in line and seven workers standing around doing nothing. We’ve been standing here nine minutes while one person has made twelve online orders. Come on. This is gross.

Food tasted good, but this is my 2nd time picking up from here and opened my box and this was my pizza. One of the employees must be skimming tiny slices because this does not = a full circle. You can even tell by 3/4 of the pepperoni slice in the middle is missing.

This MOD location has consistently burned pizzas I’ve ordered online, and is not great compared to other pizza in the area. They do generously put toppings on pizzas and salads however, and their Cesar salad is tossed pretty well. Great drink selection too.

I have not been to many Mod pizza places but this has to be one of my favorite pizza chains in the US. They have thin crust pizza that don’t feel like eating a cracker which is nice. The toppings are also plentiful and diverse. The one gripe I have is that the price is more expensive than other chains but the pizza is better so it is well worth it.

Pizza however you want it. They also have a fair subjection for salads. Get the app, then you can order ahead and just pick up your pizza instead of waiting. Parking can be tricky in this location, and the main entrance is in the alley. Kid friendly.

Great pizza! Crispy thin crust that holds up pretty well (and I don’t usually like thin crust). As many toppings as you want for the same price too. Staff is super nice. I’d recommend coming here. They’ve also got dairy-free cheese!
