I placed a to go order at 11:20am the delivery estimate said 12pm. 12 came and went and had no sight of my pizza. I called the store, and they told me they would remake it, so I told them I was going to walk from my work to get the pizza. When I got there the manager told me that the delivery driver picked up my old pizza, so I walked back to work, but when I got there I got an email telling me the delivery was canceled. So I walked back to the store and asked for a refund, but they told me I had to call a number to get my money back. The whole experience was a disaster. I see all the negative reviews are valid. food is amazing. I love the pizza and how cheap the food is. It’s a good place to either eat inside or take out. Go to this place alot ever sent they opened it:) and i also love how they have Ukrainian colors as someone who knows lots of people from Ukraine:)

Service/preparation has been hit and miss, but tonight was our best experience at Enumclaw location. Welcoming staff, properly prepared food, clean facility. Better ownership/management could make this location a solid 5 star in all categories

Unfortunately “superfast” has become a thing of the past. Waited ten minutes to order when no one was in front of us. Then, once we paid, waited probably about 20 minutes for the pizza, which was cool upon consumption. It was tasty nonetheless, but this is the second time MOD has let me down. Next time will be the last time unless there is improvement.

I was actually there for a couple of pickups for customers of mine and it took what felt like forever to get one of the orders in hand and Eternity to even get the other one started I ended up canceling the second one apologizing to my customer and delivering to the other customer before the items got cold even though they were in a hot bag because it took so darn long. The customer that did get their food ended up tipping me an extra $5 for making the decision that I had to but I still feel bad for the second one.

The food tastes great, the staff are nice and have a great energy. Though we did find a bug in our pizza. Staff was amazing and immediately handed me off to their “captain” when I called in. Her name was lex and she was super apologetic. We were offered a refund immediately and were told to come back in today or tomorrow. She didnt ask to see the photo but we showed him anyways because the fly was amazingly perfectly intact which was interesting.

Pee on the seats in both bathrooms welcomed my young daughter. This could be avoided if there were mens and womens restrooms but they’ve gone the Seattle Way with Unisex Facilities. Out of dressings for the salads ordered but we were told after we ordered and the salads were made. Plenty of local options that will get our business alternatively.
