It is very delicious pizza and very reasonable priced. I like bringing my grandkids here. We can all get our own pizzas with whatever toppings we choose. They do salads as well that look super delicious.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good visit here. When we entered the restaurant no one seemed eager to help us. We were not in a hurry, so we just waited until somebody was ready. An employee named Emily took our order and was very rude to me and my family. She was rolling her eyes the entire time and making off handed comments about the modifications we were requesting on our pizzas. On the last pizza we ordered, she threw a single pile of pepperoni on my pizza and shoved it off to the side, as if it was done. I asked, is that normal? She said yes and then proceeded to pull it back over reluctantly, and spread it around. She was in a bad place I guess.

This place makes a mean Pizza! I have never really been much of a artisan pizza person, always going for the traditional pizza joints, NY style quality and toppings. Or a simple Tombstone at home guy. But I was introduced to MOD a few years back and I get the craziest cravings for them all the time.

We ordered online, and when we got there at the designated time, they had not even started our order. When the customers that walked in the door ordered their food, they got their food first they didn’t even start our food until the others that walked in got theirs. Plus the pizza wasn’t very good either. The customer service was very rude as well. We will never be going there again, ever. So disappointed because we were traveling and our grandchildren wanted mod pizza because they like it so much. It ruined our whole experience and our whole dinner. And I think it was very overpriced for what you got. Also, you could only get one kind of salad the tossed green salad. The Greek and the Italian salad were not available!

Customer service was poor. Extremely rushed with one person in line. One employee sighing at me during the ordering process. I do not suggest going to this location drive to any other mod and have 100% better experience. I wasn’t able to properly order the pizza the way I wanted due to the employee’s rushing me. To follow up I wrote this waiting for the pizza. I get pizza I leave. I open the boxs they never cut the pizzas.

The pizza is great, but the last several times we went in the service was so bad. The staff acted so annoyed to be helping us, and frustrated about everything. I just want a pizza and I’ll be in and out of your hair in 5 minutes, but it seems like even that is too much for Sherwood. If you can maybe try a different location.

This place is amazing and I wish I knew about it sooner. Great tasting pizza and nice atmosphere. I got a classic pizza and some cinnamon bread with a large Coke for about $13 not a bad deal. Everyone is really nice and the food was amazing.

Normally a really good place to stop for fresh, delicious pizza. Tonight, however, was a different story. This was a delivery order so I never got to see them make the pizza or take it out of the oven, not sure exactly what happened here, but some slices were drowning in cheese and others had barely any. Disappointed, but I’ll likely continue to come to Mod anyway— quality is usually much better.
