Totally enjoyed our lunch ! Staff was super friendly and just awesome overall giving us advice on what was their favorite was when asked. Our pizzas were made perfectly to our liking. I requested extra cheese on my pizza and it was delicious. We visited during lunchtime. It was a little busy but fast flowing. Plenty of seats. If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely be stopping by.

We love this mod location. The staff is super friendly. We like mod a lot because we love pizza but my southeast Asian genes make me super high risk of diabetes and I want to avoid eating huge, thick, white-carb-loaded pizza crust as much as I possibly can. At Mod, we can split just one mod pizza and still feel good and full after! They also have unique toppings that aren’t at regular pizza places like chickpeas and dollops to add after the pizza is cooked of a balsamic glaze sauce. The garlic rub under the red sauce is a MUST for us. I’ve even considered adding roasted garlic to my half some time. The crust is pretty much a blank slate, so any flavor you can add to your pizza, the better.

Waited in line at the counter door 30 minutes with the staff avoiding any sort of eye contact or letting us know why we weren’t addressed. After asking how much longer it would be until we could place our order I was told it would be a while. 10 minutes later myself, my toddler and the rest of the line were told they would not be accepting in store orders. I wouldn’t have minded being refused service if I was told immediately, but waiting 40 minutes to be told you can’t order is unacceptable. Management needs to change

Took forever to get our pizza. My wife was almost done eating her pizza/salad. And then I feel it was overcooked. Went up to the counter 2 or 3 times to check on it. Other people came in after got theirs before me..

Awesome pizza! I like that there are different sizes and that you can pick your own toppings. Load it up with veggies. Friendly staff and yummy desserts.

Approaching the restaurant, there was nothing particularly interesting to draw you in, but “pizza” is a draw on its own. Entering, you discover the basic options posted on the wall with indication that you can personalize your own. There are options for different crusts, you can get a “pie pocket,” and the toppings are unusual compared to. The average pizza you find most of the time, although you can choose the typical toppings if you like. While service was friendly and helpful, there seemed to be much confusion. I discovered later that there were new people on the job training. Makes sense. The place was generally clean and well stocked with napkins and such. Overall, it was a good visit with tasty food.

We just walked out because we walked in and had three staff members look at us and kept meandering around. Nobody said one moment, be there in second, or nothing. After about 4 minutes of just standing, I asked who was in charge and a little pimply-faced kid sheepishly said he was. When I asked why he or none of his staff said anything to greet us, he said “I’m finishing online orders.” I said “Does that mean you can’t say good morning or one moment?” He just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. So I walked away too.

We decided to finally try this MOD Pizza location and we feel silly for not trying it sooner.

I had to leave a review because I was so disappointed. I stood in line with my toddler for 30-45 min and no it wasn’t that busy and there was plenty of staff everyone is either high, dosen’t care, or who knows. It was soooo bad . Everyone was moving literally snails pace I’ve never seen anyone put toppings on a pizza that slow. And I was looking around for a manager I honestly couldn’t pick them out they all were working the same way. When I finally got up to my turn they got my name and the guy moved the little paper around my pizza several times adjusting it then someone else came over messed with the little paper(the name for the pizza) and then asked me what sauce and I had already told them I wanted a caspian . After that he says “oh , what goes on the caspian again?” To me. I gotta say I have worked for mod before years past and they would not let you on the line if you cannot remember their pizza recipes.forget expectations about mod let’s talk about customer service expectations . Horrible some of the worst I’ve seen lol worse than thundercloud and everyone at tcloud is actually high I know cause I’ve worked there. At this level I don’t blame the staff I blame who ever is running this location . If you want to get some mediocre pizza and wait 1hour maybe 2 then please eat here 🙂
