The gentleman who took my order was patient and meticulous. He may have been a little slow for some but his service exceeded my expectations. I appreciate that he took the time to evenly disperse the toppings on my cauliflower crusted pizza. This was the first time that the crust was not overcooked. This can easily happen with a cauliflower crust. Go get you one if you have gluten issues but love pizza! Ingredients: white sauce, ham, chicken, bacon, spinach, artichokes, black olives, mushrooms, tomato, red onions, and feta cheese on top

I must start out saying the no-name Cake is to die for. It’s a homemade ding dong. Oh so yummy. Pizza was a 10 out of 10, as well as the ceasar salad. Lemonade was very tasty. I recommend Mod over any other pizza joint.

I’ve never had a bad experience with this establishment till last night and to be honest I’ve never had a worst experience than this. Placed an order for 2 pizzas and a calzone. Food arrived hot and within a short period of time. The calzone was great. My wife’s meal was fine. When I opened my pizza there was a dead cockroach on it. And it wasn’t hidden under a topping, or anything. Right there front and center. I’m grateful I saw it before I started eating but it was really hard to miss. I called to tell them what happened and I was asked to send a picture to the email of one of the managers. I obliged yesterday around 10 last night. Haven’t heard from them since so I figured it might be best to warn others before they had a similar experience. Do better.

Food was great. Cleanliness poor. Tables were sticky. One bathroom stall was clogged and the other had no toilet paper. Service was sad. Will stick to our normal mod pizza location, even if it is a little further.

We’ve visited multiple times. it’s a nice restaurant and the food is delicious. I really dig the flavored teas. My only gripe i have is that we have to watch closely when ordering as the younger employees I’m guessing don’t serve customers often with allergies and have had to point out cross contamination. when someone hasn’t changed their gloves for a non dairy pizza or have seen toppings with dairy cheese stuck on them that were accidentally dropped in the toping bins and used on the non dairy pizza. Yes, it would realistically be safer to stay home, but because there is a non dairy option, we enjoy coming here to get out when we can.

We love this place and have been going for over a year but man last night was awful. We stood in line for almost an hour and there was only 2 other customers in front of us. Meanwhile there was like 5 other people just walking around pretending to be working in the back, and they had one lady up front and a new guy making the pizzas…. On a Friday night? Sorry usually not one to complain, I just hope someone sees this and makes sure it is fixed because we love going to mod pizza.

We frequent MOD and usually love it. However it has completely gone down hill. The last few times it felt dirty, but this time, Monday 7/10, was absolutely disgusting. Multiple drinks were out of order, lemonade empty, lids empty, no forks, trash overflowing, pizza boxes over all the tables. Now, the bathrooms. The bathrooms were next level filthy. No toilet paper, feces all over the handicapped stall. Absolutely disgusting. My son also found cockroaches in the men’s bathroom. The service was equally terrible. When we walked in I was confused because there were only two people in front of me, but five people waiting for pizzas. They were staffed as they usually are in terms of numbers of employees. A sweet girl with Down Syndrome was the only smiling face and the only one actually working diligently aside from the guy working the oven. The employees started arguing with each other. Instead of actually helping make things go more smooth and quick, the shift lead just chose to judge her coworkers and walk around observing instead of actually work. The man making my salad didn’t know what goes in a Caesar salad. She decided to scream the ingredients at him. They somehow lost a woman’s pizza. The slowest most awful service. Very disappointed! It makes me nauseous just thinking about how nasty it was.

The young lady that wore a blank beanie and glasses was very slow on the food line. I asked for an Italian Chop Salad and she did not even know how to make it. The line behind us was long and the young lady had no urgency to keep moving the line. I did mention to the cashier that do they typically have someone on the line that is not familiar with the menu. The cashier shared that Management has already been made aware of similar complaints toward the young lady. This is all during the lunch hour and I heard several people behind me also complaining. This was my first time to MOD pizza and the food was very good, but please just try to train more before putting someone that is not familiar with the menu to fill orders.

The dough was absolutely delicious! It had a light airiness, but still strong. A pizza place where it doesn’t matter how many toppings it stays the same price excellent idea! Mine had mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan, all the meats(8 by the way), green peppers, onions, artichoke, mushrooms, and the green sauce is pesto. $11 out of this world! I also had a blackberry lemonade very tasty!Thanks MOD pizza!
