I wanted to like this place but I have stomachache after this 🙁 I remember thinking that the chicken tasted warm but not hot. It was during the peak hours for dinner and there were way too many pizzas inside the oven but the bake time was similar or maybe reduced which led to bigger size pizza not well cooked.

First time coming to this location and the service was superb! The young lady that attended us was very pleasant and gave us recommendations. She noticed we were speaking Spanish and addressed us is Spanish too, making us feel welcome. She also was careful while placing the toppings and spread them evenly. The ingredients were fresh and the pizza was delicious! 10/10 would recommend!

Took my family to MOD in Sugar Land Town Center for dinner and received the best service EVER!! Elmer, Lexi and Katy were Super friendly and kind to us. Chill, funny and fantastic at this location. Then when I checked our order..everything was to perfection! Macy made our meal FIYA!! Everything customer service should be from this crew!

We hosted my daughter’s birthday here. The pizza was amazing. Everyone in our party of 20 got to choose their toppings and drinks. The staff were excellent in keeping track of everyone’s order. They even gave our party some cheese bread and cinnamon bread free of charge. Everyone who attended enjoyed their time there. We came in at 3 pm, on a Friday. We specifically chose that time after an inquiry on what the rush hour time was so as to avoid the rush hour service. The staff was great! I mistakenly tossed my invisilign in the trash (so embarrassing – I had wrapped it in a tissue paper). Staff was very understanding. One of the girls actually put on a pair of gloves and dug through the trash until she found it. They earned an A+ service from me. I’m very happy my husband suggested hosting my daughters birthday at Mod Pizza!

We arrived at the Mod pizza in Town Center at 9:30pm. The hours posted on the door were to close at 10:00pm. We were greeted by a man who rudely asked how many pizzas we were getting? The interactions between the 2 young men and my family was not pleasant at all! We got our pizzas at 9:50 at 10:00 one of the gentleman came to our table and told us they are now closed. I have never been to a restaurant where they will come to your table and ask you to leave in the middle of your meal. Not to mention as they were trying to kick us out a man in street clothes came in the door went to the pizza counter and started making pizzas for himself and a guest. He went straight in never washed his hands and started getting toppings and making pizzas. This is unsanitary and against any food code I have ever seen! Stay far away from this Mod!! The staff is unpleasant, unprofessional and downright disgusting we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I love that they have a lot of options, not just regular crust. I had a cauliflower crust, and it was so good! I built my own pizza with extra cheese, and it was so cheesy! The cheese bread was also great!

This MOD establishment is the BEST HANDS DOWN!!! David, Anthony, and Maev are awesome!!! It was clean, and the ambiance was great! The veggies were FRESH AND STACKED!!! The beverage area was clean and the juice were fill up. Anthony has the cutest personality. I definitely will always come – Miss Kay the maillady!!! Thanks you guys for appreciating the mail lady!!!!

Stood in line for 30 mins with 4 ppl in front of us. Apparently it takes a half and hour to throw sauce and toppings on pizza. Staff was super slow and discourteous. To top everything off homeboy thought it was a great idea to wear a hat and have his locs hanging all over the food while make pizza—> wear a hair net please Sir ♀️ First and last time coming to this one.
