Please label the toppings and don’t be afraid to talk louder. I’m short and no one could hear me over the glass and crowd. I couldn’t tell what toppings were available. Also please bus the tables. We were there for half and hour and the table next to us was dirty. I know this is new so there’s still time to improve. The snack cake was good and so was the pizza. I was happy about that vegetarian meat. They overcooked the pizza though.

Mod pizza is new to this area. I have had Mod before at another location, and I wasn’t a fan. However, my experience this weekend changed my opinion of the chain. The staff was very friendly, and they had a smooth routine that allowed them to get our pizza prepared and cooked with little wait times. The pizza even tasted better at this location. I’m a pleased customer, and I will be back.

First time trying this new Missouri City location. The ordering process was fast, and the line staff were helpful and friendly. The pizza was very good. Dining in, noticed the restaurant was a bit messy, didn’t see anyone wiping down tables or keeping up drink area, plus the fountain drink machine was syrupy. So limited drink choices.

I took my family here for dinner. It was my dad’s first time. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Robert fixed all our pizzas and did an excellent job. He was very patient. Our pizzas taste AMAZING! Thank you to the whole crew.

Glad they finally put a Mod Pizza for us in Missouri City/Fresno. Workers are very nice and polite and always changes gloves per order. Ingredients are some times mixed in with each other but thats the only downside.

Been to this MOD a few times and the service and pizza were great. There was an older gentleman working there (may have been the owner) and things were good. Went today and the service was terrible and the place was a mess (the older gentleman was not there). I walked out after ordering my pizza and seeing the girl at the pizza oven not wearing gloves using here bare hands to place my pizza in the oven. I also noticed she placed the pizza peel on the ground then using it to turn pizzas. I asked why she was not wearing gloves….she said the pizza cookers don’t wear them and they wash their hands very often. I was waiting in line for 20 minutes and never saw here wash her hands.

The food is always delicious. There are so many options to choose from. Most of the associates are pretty friendly. There are a few who look like they dont want to be there, but they take care of the customer and are never rude. Its family friendly and even has an outdoor seating area for those”cooler texas days”
