I like how you can build you own personal pizza and they many opt available for any diet. I made my own pizza and got the reg crust which was thin and airy but had little to no flavor. The cheese bread was same I wish they added garlic or butter to crust to add flavor. The No name cake taste like a little Debbies Swiss roll- which you can’t go wrong with.

This is my second time dinning at MOD Pizza and it was great! I absolutely looovveee the Tristan. It is a Pesto pizza that you can build with whatever toppings you would like. I get all the original ingredients plus arugula, chicken, serrano peppers, and mushrooms. You can never go wrong with getting ranch on the side to dip it in. Highly recommend for a quick lunch break!

The food was good but they really need to work on two things: customer service and cleanliness. The whole place was dirty, the tables, restrooms, fountain machine, all. While I was eating my pizza I noticed that the employees were not busy and they didn’t even bother on changing the trash bags or cleaning the tables. They are also kinda rude if you ask a question…overall not a good experience.

We really enjoyed this place. Pizzas were all fantastic with great taste. Ordering was easy because of the staff. We were all able to find the perfect pizza for ourselves. Our daughter is gluten intolerant & has lactose issues. Her pizza was perfect choice with no problems.

I been to this store since it open. Now you don’t know what you going to get. Tonight was the last straw. When I walked in the pizza maker was rude, but I over looked it. Why she was taking my order she keep asking what I would want on my pizza, since they didn’t have many toppings on the right make line, so I would have to look on the the left side. The young lady would get upset because I have to look on the other side to see what I wanted. By the way I was the only person in line at the time. I also got a chop salad and she got upset, because I asked if she was going to cut the salami up and she said she had no way of cutting it up. I said ok, then she pulled the the salami off the salad and threw it in the trash. Went and got a knife and came back got more salami, cut it up and put it on the salad. By the time she finished the salad my pizza was ready. I’m waiting to check out, which I had over 300 point’s that was getting ready to expire. I told the young lady I was using the point because they expires tomorrow. The young lady that fixed my food said you can only use one and said I’ll just cancel the order since they expires tomorrow. I told her I can just purchase the pizza she said NO NEXT TIME YOU NEED TO LET US KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE FREE PIZZA. I was again said I can just pay for the pizzas. She said no it okay. I asked for a bag for my salad and she seemed like she didn’t want to give me a bag. As I bagged my salad up she went on the side of the oven telling them I had no money and just wanted to use my reward for free pizzas. Not thinking if a person have over 300 points they must be spending money with MOD to get that many points at once. I try to overlook the rudeness of the employee, but this have drawn the line. I will be taking my business to Blaze Pizza where the restaurant is clean and I’m respected as a customer. I called back to get the young lady name Grace and she said she was the manager and still had the same attitude. A word of advice if you don’t like to deal with people you shouldn’t be in a industry where you have to deal with customers. ✌

The pizza and No Name Cakes are really good. Staff needs to keep the serving tubs from getting messy and prevent toppings from falling into other topping tubs. They also need to clear/clean the tables, floors, and patio frequently. There were only a couple customers besides us, but there were tables left with trash, and the patio had lots of napkins and other things on the floor.

After ordering the Mod pizza & the server put the red sauce on the doe he said they were out of the shredded cheese & ask what toppings I would like. I ask how could you be out of cheese & he said the container is empty. I ask if there was any cheese in the back where they store the extra ingredients. He said no they were out of cheese. Then a young lady came to the rescue & told the pizza maker there was cheese in the back & to go get it. It took several minutes & he returned with one bag of shredded cheese. Then I ask for sausage & was told they were out because the container was empty. So we went thru the same as earlier with the cheese. After finally getting the pizza together we made it to the register to pay. That went OK & went to the drink station & the coke dispenser was nothing but carbonized water. Next to get a table & not one table was clean. I ask for a wet towel to clean a table so I could clean a table & the pizza cutter gave me one. The assistant manager was standing next to the pizza cutter & didn’t even offer to clean a table. Our pizza’s were very good just took way to long to get them. I will add the men’s restroom was filthy & I let the assistant manager know as we were leaving. This us the second time in a row I’ve had a bad experience at this location. Probably won’t be back.

I’ve been coming to this location often since it opened. The past 3 visits very progressively been worse. The staff don’t care. They hold in depth conversations with each other, while not paying attention to what they are doing, my pizza was taken by someone else. The visit before they ran out of cheese… on a Friday night, and another night they had to disable the online ordering for that location. This place needs an overhaul. Not sure if I will be returning any time soon.

This location has definitely got to teach their employees how to provide better customer service because the young people that work here are extremely RUDE!!! Although my family loves the pizza that atmosphere definitely lacks in more ways than one. The dining area is filthy and the employees are always in the phone and playing around the food. We even saw a young lady eating in the same area where the pizzas were waiting to go in the oven. It’s very unprofessional. We will be returning to Blaze so we can get a better experience.

This is probably the dirtiest I’ve ever seen a Mods!! I frequent a lot of Mods locations but this one, by far, the dirtiest I’ve encountered. I almost left but I had already ordered my pizza before I got around to the mess. Every table was dirty. The ladies room was ungodly nasty! Not stocked with tissue in any stall, urine all over the floor and toilet seats, and tissue scattered all over the floor. The sink is leaking and runs down the wall puddling at the floor corner. The staff didn’t greet anyone as they come in and I stood at the register waiting to pay and my food came out before anyone acknowledged me at the register. The staff was also eating and drinking behind the counter, which in my opinion, is very unprofessional and unsanitary. I don’t think I will return to this location and that’s sad because it’s right down the street from my job.
