I love MOD! It’s always great! This time, we tried the buffalo chicken wings and they were excellent. Also, since we had to wait, they gave us free dessert. I think now it is my favorite dessert. For 2 pizzas and 6 wings, we paid $36.

I don’t know what is wrong with this location but every time we order pizza it is burnt and dry. This was my sons pizza and my husbands pizza was just as bad. I got the wings and they were just as dry as the pizza. I dont know if the wings are like that at all locations or just this one. The other Mod Pizza in Rockwall is great. Going to have to start going back to that one. I was super happy to have one on this side of the bridge so we didn’t have to get stuck in that Goliad traffic to get dinner but the Mod on Ridge road is an absolute dumpster fire.

This was my first time at mods and the experience was amazing. It’s been along time sense I’ve seen or experience the customer service that Nick provided. It was busy, there were a couple of older ladies with a lot of questions and needs, Nick was very efficient in helping them. He was very patient and helped them with everything they wanted. You would think this to be a common practice but now a days not so much. So I think he should be recognized and commended for showing what real customer service should look like.

Cleanliness was an issue as well as food safety concerns. I only hope the chicken wings are fully cooked beforehand as mine was very undercooked inside and very cold.

2nd time I ordered pizzas and both times they ended up being burnt and dry, it just ruins it and when you can taste the charcoal but not the pizza. (and that’s with extra cheese!). Sad to say, it consistently blah.

My family and I love MOD pizza although this is one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. The food line is extremely dirty and their staff just seems to be very careless and unhygienic. First of all, the girl helping us didn’t change her gloves (not even once) although she was touching everything around her. I ordered a cesar salad and the lettuce was brown. (She could’ve remove some of the uglier pieces). Then added the dressing in a small container which already contained other food crumbs inside. Didn’t care about removing them and poured the dressing in it. She also put that same container inside the salad. It really doesn’t take any effort to check on those small details. Specially if there was nobody else ordering but me. The salad looked pretty gross so I just ended up not buying it. I get it, it’s a restaurant. All restaurants are gonna be dirty to some extent but c’mon.. I’m like right in front of you.
