I had a terrible experience at this MOD Pizza this Sunday evening. My app order was not ready until 20 minutes after the suggested arrival time, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, the crust on one of the pizzas was burnt, and an employee tried to cover it up by cutting off part of the crust. This was unacceptable, and it ruined the entire pizza. The same employee also cut part of another pizza off to make it fit in the box, which showed a lack of attention to detail.

First time here – ordered online. Extensive choices at a reasonable price. Upon arrival there was plenty of parking tonight. Inside there are two seating areas. Everything looked very clean. The gentleman making my pizza was super friendly. Service was quick. Ordered 11 inch pepperoni and mushroom with a garlic rub, white sauce, asiago, parm, mozzarella, and a pesto swirl. The crust was so soft and tender, and all these flavors were amazing. Love that you can have as many ingredients as you want for the same price. Bravo! I’ll be back!!

I tried the “create your own” option at the restaurant and appreciated that they didn’t charge extra for each topping. While it may not have been the best pizza I’ve ever had, it was a convenient and enjoyable choice for a dine-in meal. Overall, I’m a fan of MOD Pizza!

I’m really surprised by the negative comments in regards to customer service because the four people working here one evening completely made my day. They were sweet, friendly, helpful and made me laugh after a hard day at work. It is so rare to encounter these kinds of people anymore so it truly turned my day around and I’ve told multiple people about it since. The pizza was great and the restaurant was clean and had a really nice vibe. I’d definitely recommend it and will be going back for sure!

The purpose of my 5/5 star review is entirely because the employee Eric. My wife and I went to Mod Pizza Sunday, 8.20.23, and Eric was the only employee there during the large lunch rush (there as a large portion of staff that called into work) and he never once showed that he was overwhelmed and he continue to stay positive, he was even making jokes causing the many customers to laugh as they waited for him to finish their food. He had an outstanding personality, attitude for the job and customer service for those that he served. He deserves massive recognition and this location is lucky to have him.

Place was clean, food was good. We walked in and no one was in line, it took them at least 10 minutes to even say hi and take our order. The place was absolutely freezing, it was way more warm outside than inside, more people walked in and were shivering. We said something to the manager who asked us if we were cold, when we said yes could you turn the heat up he said “you try being in this kitchen”. The staff was also really loud, also too friendly, so friendly it was annoying.
