Already a fan of the pizza but Alisa and Caleb made this my favorite experience of any Mod. Caleb’s level of patience was unwavering as I went back and forth over the large selection of toppings.They gave me suggestions and togther we curated the greatest pizza of my life. The fresh pinapple really made the pizza pop, despite Alisa’s naysaying of pinnaple on pizza. Cannot recommend this spot enough. Go for good pizza and leave with a smile.

First timer… Fantastic thin crust pizza, at a fantastic price. It has all of the great things you’d expect. While I like a quality thicker crust too (dough quality reigns there), sometimes it’s all about the sauce and toppings. This is the perfect example for all thin crust pizza to emulate. I tried a “Jasper” with spicy Italian chicken sausage and mushrooms. It did not disappoint.

Have always wanted to try this place. Looked up the review for the one in Maryland Heights which is way closer to us, but their reviews were horrible. After reading this stores though and needing to make a trip for our Christmas tree. Anyways we got there right before the rush hit. They got pretty busy and handled it well.

Laid back place, that you can get-in-get-out fast, or just hang out. I took my mom out there for Mother’s day, and our family hung out for a couple hours. Oh and great pizza, made the way you like it, fresh right in front of you!

It was too confusing. Too many choices and pressured by the line of waiting customers. On the plus side the staff were very friendly and they allowed my family to stay there a long time celebrating a birthday. The pizza was good.

It is very likely that you will find a pizza that you love at MOD, they have a high selection of fresh ingredients or you can choose one of the many pre-existing recipes, some are not common but like I said it can be customized.

I went to MOD at 1900 1st Capitol Dr, St. Charles,MO on 03/29/23. The place was relatively busy. I had to wait 15 minute to order. Then another 20 minutes for my name to be called. Then they gave me a wrong order with pineapple (i am allergic to pineapple). After mentioning the mistake and returning the pizza at the counter, it took another five minutes to figure out the issue and offeres to make me another pizza without a genuine apology or compensation for the time I wasted. I had to ask my money back and left. That is the worst customer service from the manager. No sympathy for the fact that I had to wait for more that 30 minutes and no serious apology or attempt to take responsibility. Very bad experience at this location.
