Wow! The pizza was phenomenal. I tried the “Mad dog” and added some dollops of red sauce to finish it off, it was amazing. Perfect crust, perfect amount of cheese and the sauce is delicious. The staff were super friendly and helpful with getting us through the order process on my first visit! Forgot to take a picture because I devoured it so quickly but I’ll get a picture on the next trip!

Good chewy crust, cheese I wanted to melt into, and something mysteriously yum about the sauce. I am usually an “all pizza is good pizza” type of consumer but Mod made me pay attention. Things my kids said: “This is the best crust I’ve ever had.” “This is a pizza place but really it’s a **people** place.” The last comment was in response to the four friendly staffers who got us complete strangers our orders like we were welcome regulars. Pizza is good, we’ve been many times. Salad was not. This particular location has gone down hill. It’s disgusting in there. Food and garage all over the floor behind counter. Staff is always rude. Bathroom dryer didn’t work and there was no alternative. Garbages were full in the whole place. Just all around gross.

Great service, the staff was all friendly and super accommodating to our requests. I got a custom pizza and salad and they were both great. I’m disappointed we don’t have one of these in Minneapolis – I’d definitely come back! They weren’t afraid to show their message of inclusiveness and equality throughout the building art, diversity of the staff and food options. Very happy to support this business.

Behind the counter was pretty disgusting with used gloves thrown about on the floor, food and garbage on the floor. I have pics I will try to post in the images. All the employees stepped in, on, and over the garbage with no thoughts. Employees seemed pretty checked out to say the least. I gave 2 star because the pizzas still turned out good.

This is the worst MOD Pizza location I’ve ever been to. Their service was extremely slow (not sure if this was due to lack of employees or lack of employees that knew what they were doing). None of the teas were made, and when I inquired about them, the employee at the register said they didn’t have time to make them yet but also didn’t seem to care (this was at 12:30 in the afternoon). I hope they get it together and add more staff or train them better because I have no idea how this location stays open otherwise.

I’m basically obsessed with ultra-gourmet pizza, and I love that I can walk in and get something tailored to exactly what I want in minutes. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is very trendy and cool, and I can see myself visiting mod fairly frequently!
