I visited this MOD location last Friday, July 21st, for lunch and was so pleased with the experience I came back today – with a friend. The pizza was made just the way I had asked, and the toppings were plentiful and delicious. The service was exceptional, especially with Carlos and the crew serving during midday. More than simply friendly, they seemed as though they were genuinely happy to have us as their guests. AND, I was able to claim a free cheesy garlic bread reward from the app!

No lights were on… They were really light on ingredients. I asked for cheese on top, due to the lack of ingredients atop the pizza.. … Literally 5 shreds of mozz, I’m telling ya.. I’m going to Greenfield from now on..

This place was pretty darn cool. The staff was friendly and very helpful, as this was my first time here. I lived the gluten free option and the dairy free cheese. That made it very easy for me and my dietary requirements. The gentleman staff member even asked if I wanted him to change get his gloves between pizzas. That was very considerate. As far as the food goes, I loved all the garlic options. I loaded it with veggies and the flavor was great. My only complaint was how quick the gluten free crust burns. But I’m starting to think this is inherent of this crust type at restaurants. Overall a great experience, great flavors and friendly helpful staff. I highly recommend.

The workers here need to improve on how they act/present the business. There was loud music coming from the back office dropping swear words while there were kids around. Music is fine….but maybe put a station or playlist that is work appropriate. The one worker was eating on the boxing up/prep area….. I don’t have a problem with workers eating but maybe just keep it in the back. The food was ok but have had better at different Mods. It was kinda just thrown together.

Ordered delivery for 2 pizzas, bread sticks and the no name chocolate cake. The food was delivered fast. But the food was subpar, one pizza had barely any toppings and the other had a burnt crust, bread sticks were meh but hey, the free chocolate cake was ok, so it wasn’t all bad.. other MOD pizza restaurants I’ve been to have been great, I just wouldn’t recommend this branch.

Placed order at 12:48pm on a Wednesday for ASAP pickup which was confirmed for 1:03pm. I arrived to pickup my order and the doors were locked and the restaurant was closed. Total waste of my time and money. Very disappointing. I will be contacting corporate as the location didn’t answer their phone and there was no option to leave a voicemail for the franchise owner. I will also be contesting the charge on my credit card.

The gluten free pizza was amazing I haven’t found a gluten free pizza this good for as cheap as it was it was only $13 for a custom gluten free and for how good it was I would have gladly paid more.

CLOSED‼️ We ordered 4 pizzas online and received an email stating that the order will be ready in 15 minutes. When we arrived the store was completely abandoned. Called the store and phone just rang. No sign on door. Checked my bank account and the money is being pulled from my bank. How on earth can you close a store but forget to turn off your online ordering system?!?
