I visited this location yesterday after a long, tiring day. I decided to try their ‘Make Your Own’ mod pizza option. They offered a wide variety of choices, allowing you to add any combination of cheese, meat, veggies, and sauces to your pizza. The ingredients all appeared fresh, and the pizza turned out delicious. The only minor disappointment was that they didn’t have ricotta cheese, which I had seen at some of their other locations. However, despite this, the pizza was still enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

MashAllah, one of the best places for delicious, vegetarian pizzas. On top of this, the customer service of the people are exceptional. Pizza was phenomenal. They forgot to add the requested chicken. But the lead oven man caught it fast made it right and even made us a second pizza to make sure we were more then happy. Super experience.

The service and the pizza were both good. I like places like MOD and Blaze because you can customize your pizza to your liking. The pizzas cook quickly, there are lots of options, and the pizzas aren’t too filling.

Been here a few times and we got our pizza this past time with mega dough. It was GOOD. The dough was just the right amount of thickness and so fluffy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We asked them to change their gloves and they did so readily. Along with great pizza (love their garlic butter drizzle), their soda machine has the best ice. They’re these perfect little cubes.

I ordered a pizza and a cheesebread for delivery on the app. Somehow only the cheesebread made it into the bag with my food so I didn’t get my pizza. I called the store and they said they’d remake it but I’d have to come to the store to pick it up and they’d give me a couple free pizzas for next time as compensation. When I got there, they told me that since I wanted them to remake it, I wouldn’t get the free pizzas despite the fact that I paid for delivery and had to come to the store to get it anyway, so I got nothing for my trouble until on the way out the guy said I could take a no name cake if I wanted. Disappointed as I’ve never had a problem with the Rochester location

I recently ordered from the mod pizza chain, for my first time on Uber eats a few weeks ago. I then ordered 3 more times from the same location. Each time with the same quality pizza. I was amazed at the value of this pizza considering I paid extra for the Mega dough and could load up on the toppings. I would say between meats and veggies I had close to 15 toppings. When a person orders a pizza with 15 toppings!( not including pizza sauce and cheese) it is fair to say they no longer expect that pizza to be light or to see the cheese or outlines of sauce on the crust. Especially when it is delivered and not dine in, where you can easily fill up and throw the rest to reheat in the oven for later. That being said Rochester hills location delivered on all of that… When I opened the heavy box I didn’t know if it was a pizza or a pile of delicious veggies . So today I ordered mod again and unfortunately had to pay an extra delivery fee because the troy location is farther and Rochester Uber eats was closed. Anyway needless to say I ordered 1 pizza 1 entree salad as usual. The pizza that again had 15 toppings on it looked barren I could see the cheese through the toppings and all the bare sauce around the edge of the crust. This was sad. But even sadder was the salad. The last salad I bought at the Rochester location was beautifully spread and full with croutons all pushing up against the clear plastic bowl and my many toppings underneath. Then It came with the two sauces I ordered in perfectly tight and safe cups in the bag with the salad. At the Troy location I decided to try some new sauce options and ordered 4( you may choose up to 9)so what do I get in my salad bowl? all 4 sauce cups, taking place in the bowl where salad could have been. So if I had chosen 9 sauces would I have got a plastic bowl full of sauce cups and a piece of lettuce? Also the toppings were clumped together. Anyway I think I can speak for anyone willing to pay 43 dollars for a pizza and salad to be delivered. At least make sure the same value that can be there is there.
