The restaurant was clean, staff was very friendly. The salad was good. It had fresh ingredients. It needed more dressing but over all it was a good portion for the price. The pizza was similar in taste to a mid frozen pizza. I would not eat it again. However, the no name cake was delicious. I bought both flavors and they were delicious. The have Coke products. Very unlikely we’d go back unless I start craving those cakes!!

This was my 1st time ordering at a Mod pizza so I really didn’t know what to expect. This particular mod piece when you enter on the left it has a large sign that says any toppings one price and the there are 2 pizza crust sizes. Mini which is 6″ and then the Mod which is 11″. They also have a gluten free and cauliflower crust option but only comes in 11″ and is $12.43. The picture of the salad looks good so ordered it is salad as well. This is set up kind of like a Chipotle for pizza where you start with ordering your crust , the sauce, and then you slide down and select your toppings or you can order one of the Pre named pizza that has specific toppings on it. You pay while you wait for your pizza to cook in the pizza oven and then they call your name. I was really pleasantly surprised! This is one of the better pizzas that I’ve had in a long time. I think it gives mellow mushroom a run for its money it’s definitely much faster. They serve a thin crust so that is probably why it is able to cook so quickly but the pizza was definitely delicious. This will be added into my regular stops.

Worst Mod pizza experience ever. Usually this place is pretty reliable and I’ve eaten at Mods all over the country due to work travel. This chick literally through some toppings on my pizza without any concern for distribution- there was a huge empty gap- as she spoke to her friends about their plans that night the entire time. Usually there’s an opportunity to add a topping or customize in some way, but I could not get a word in edgewise. To add insult to injury, they then asked for a tip for this level of service? Nope! Will never come back to this location. The Mission BBQ and the Smashburger right next door have super friendly service and delicious food. Go there. Check out this dry looking pizza. Like a cracker with some toppings.

Today was my first time in mod Pizza. My friend suggested that I try it because she said that the food is good and you can make your own pizza. I ordered online but even though the food was not exactly ready when I came, a staff member named Jesse was Splendid at customer service he put a smile on my face and made me feel very welcome. Jesse needs promotion or his own store. Customer service is hard to find now a days. I wanted to shout him out and thank him for everything.

The staff here are very polite and positive. The restaurant is always clean and the homemade drinks are always delicious. I enjoy coming here when I have a pizza craving and I buy the build your own pizza. I typically get cauliflower crust, red sauce, white cheese, blue cheese, chicken, chicken sausage, broccoli, onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. I also shared the no name cake with my wife and it was definitely something I will be ordering again.

Ordered via the website. One of the pizzas was missing all of the protein toppings. Called, routed to a tech, he explained that it happens quite often and sent out another pizza. Said pizza has yet to arrive. Which is costing me money as we drink more, waiting for this pizza.

Not real pleased. Ordered pickup, gave explicit instructions- which were also included on my box and the made them wrong. I do not like pesto drizzle… guess what was on mine that I did not order and left off of my other half. Of course this means no red dollops of sauce on mine. So I am expected eat this that I do not want or else waste more of both my time and gas I suppose to get it fixed. Um. No and no repeat business. It’s not hard to follow WRITTEN instructions or so I thought. The whole reason I ordered was so I did not have to cook as I do not feel well. Mine will go in the garbage.

So yesterday after a great day at Busch Gardens we decided to have dinner at Mod Pizza. We met a young girl making the pizzas as people came in. Moriah was sweet and made sure our 5 pizzas perfectly put together. Several customers came in behind us and she seemed to handle the orders efficiently. The place I might add was a mess from the area where the food was being made to the drink station. This was my first time at Mod Pizza but my daughter assured me the Pizza was good and she was right. There was another worker there taking the Pizza in and out of the oven…Justine who was also working the cash register who didn’t seem to be very nice or pleasant at all. She wasn’t nice to Moriah and she wasn’t nice to me or my family. In the middle of fixing all the pizzas that came through the door and making the pizzas that were called in Justine asked Moriah if she had cleaned the bathrooms yet. Sadly my first impression of Mod Pizza was not what I expected and would really not recommend this Mod Pizza to anyone!!! I would also like to applaud Moriah for keeping her head up. The situation didn’t seem to be a pleasant one!!!
