The store was scheduled to close at 11PM on Saturdays. We arrived at 9:40PM and the service was not happy about it, as they started to clean up and ready for the scheduled closing hour. One of the staff showed an attitude. Only a few tables were not closed off. As a family of 5 we were not able to sit together because of this. The “dirty” entry carpet was rolled up and spread over bar stools. In my opinion this is very unhygienic.

I came in Probably 45mins to close and I was assisted by Larissa she was so polite kind and very helpful she took her time into making sure my order was perfect she even up sold me on buying the no name cake for the very first time. I was well pleased and my pizza came out amazing I will be back.

Absolutely stunning. The food is amazing and the staff is great. The last time I came here, my food took a long time (not their fault, I got lots of toppings) but they noticed that the person I was with was almost done when I got my pizza, so they put it in a to go box without even asking. Something subtle like that really shows that they pay attention to their customers.

I was excited that they had an option to do dairy free. My son and I have a dairy allergy where we get hives. When I went in, I noticed cheese shreds everywhere over all the ingredients. I could see pieces of cheese in the marinera sauce. It was so disappointing. Why have alternative food options when it’s all cross contaminated? They also didn’t change gloves inbetween, and I could barely hear them over the noise.

We’ve been ordering from this location since they opened and have never had an issue until today. Our order was delivered wrong. When we called (at dinner time) we were told we had to come up to the store before they would start a fresh one and that they were out of the gluten free crust. I wouldn’t say they were rude. It’s more like a nonchalance. There were several people working there just standing around with there phones out. They seemed more concerned about figuring out when everyone was getting off and not so much about getting customers orders right.

It was ok. They had limited toppings to choose from for the pizza toppings. My favorite topping is banana pepper which they did not have. I miss my Pioneer Pizza restaurant. They had the best toppings.
