This particular MOD pizza used to be amazing, but in these past weeks service has really gone downhill. Upper management is to blame. I frequented this location a couple times a week and the in store staff were really nice but one by one in recent weeks, they started to either quit or get fired. I go today to get a mod for lunch and it’s closed!?? It’s definitely because of the staff leaving and nobody wanting to work there anymore. They are now understaffed because of poor management. They’re only open for 6 hours a day and today & Tuesday they’re closed. Ridiculous!

Used to be a great place to go, This was the only pizza place in the area that we could find dairy free for my spouse. As of the past two months everything has gone down hill with service, and overall quality of food. Tried eating a slice. Someone made a mistake and decided to try to cover it up with the actual sauce I ordered and made it into soup. Half overcooked and half raw. The piece I tried was raw still

Wow, I mean just wow, this was truly the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant in my entire life. And to think just a year or two ago this was a great spot. I’ve seen a gradual decline ever since the start of this year, and this past month it’s just hit it’s lowest point ever. I cannot stress enough how little I would recommend this place. For one, the employees were rude, and oh wow, the manager the worst of all of them. Employees constantly on phones, and they’re terrible at making pizzas, and even worse at keeping the place clean. Last time I was there, I waited an absurd amount of time for my pizza, then just for me to find that it was not cut correctly and guess what, there was a fly in the sauce. I immediately threw the pizza out. Lucky for them I wasn’t still in the restaurant to return the pizza and give them a talking to. Unbelievably bad restaurant.

This mod pizza location is the best mod pizza I have ever been to… always quick and on time. I mostly get doordash but it’s the same hot and fresh pizza when you come thru the door. Very fortunate to have this location 15 mins from me. See photo for what they did last time we ordered doordash!

Nice chain pizza restaurant where you can have your pizza made to order with any toppings you want. They make everything fresh right in front of you popping into their wood fire oven. Food is reasonably priced and good quality. Tiffany a great quick stop for pizza

It was okay. The choose your toppings mode seems like a good idea. Would be nice if the options have signs on the front to tell you what they are. Two of the orders were completed wrong. The salads had lettuce cores that belonged in the trash. Good concept, tasty food. Just needs some work at this location.

The food is good, but they are never open when their online schedule says they are open. I live in Wilmington DE and drive to Glenn Mills PA Which is the closest MOD pizza… And every time I come here on the weekends they Close earlier than what they say online. This is unacceptable. Luv the pizza because you can design your own. You go thru the line and tell them what to put on your pizza & it’s one price, no charge per topping! Because of this it might take too long if u have limited lunch break or are in a hurry. Salads are fresh.
