Wednesday 8/23 – We came during lunch hours 11:30-12:30pm Expect a little wait after ordering your food. There tons of Space inside to eat. Great for Family and friends. You walk in and place your order. It’s like building your own pizza and you can add anything on the pizza. Placing order was quick. Overall, pizza was wonderful and tasted great.

Gabe provided excellent service making our pizzas, above and beyond, even though coming in right before close. He was friendly and patient to make sure the pizza was what we wanted. He even had the foresight to cut the vegetarian pizza first to be careful of possible dietary restrictions, which we didn’t ask for but was really considerate.

This was my 2nd time visiting this location and MOD in general. I enjoyed my pizza. I love that you can add as many toppings as you want for the same price. If you don’t like the pizza, it’s probably your fault because you’re creating it yourself lol. While I loved my pizza, can I just get into the ice?? Omg! If you are ice obsessed like me you will be pleased to know they have some of the best nugget ice I’ve ever had. They were small and had the perfect combo of crunch and melt in your mouth goodness.

Awesome create you own pizzas! Finally everyone gets their own customized pizza and not get charged a bizillion dollars for toppings. There’s finally a place that offers gluten free pizza AND an option for non dairy cheese. The customer service is great, Chris at the store is absolutely awesome, thank you!!! Daughter went in to pick up our to go order, multiple employees standing around and not a single one acknowledged her as she was standing their for multiple minutes. She finally figured out they accidentally placed our order in the uber eats area, and it was barely warm. Pizza was ok.

I am appalled and disappointed in a place that’s pizza is just kinda good to begin with so they need all the business they can get, they stop even serving or allowing you to buy food 15 minutes prior to closing, I work as a assistant manager at a restaurant and have worked in food service most of my life and I have never stopped serving or denied service before the place is closed or what time it says on the door that they are “suppose” to close. If corporate is in fact allowing this, then they will be out of business in no time at all, I assure it. I doubt they are because it’s just the fact that they have a bunch of lazy and clown teenagers/younger people who couldn’t care less if they tried about if they did a good job, it’s like someone paid them even more than they get from MOD to be horrible at their jobs. Their attitudes are disgusting. Congratulations to them because they are proof more and more how much their generation will be the death of this economy.

Kevin greeted us from the get go and made the MOD experience the best we ever had. From the start he showed his passion for the restaurant and wanted to be there. When making our pizzas Kevin explained everything from sizes, different toppings and sauces. He was very knowledgeable and made sure to get our orders right. For example, when I said “I want some pepperoni” and “I want some mushrooms” he made sure to emphasize it back to me and gave me the exact amount asked, not too few and not too much overloading the pizza. I really liked that about this MOD location. After, the ordered pizzas came out quick and tasted great. Pizzas were not burned or undercooked like I have experienced at other locations in different states across the country. Moreover, Kevin was friendly, got to know us, gave us some knowledgeable information about the city and overall was pleasant to talk to. We will definitely be back to this place not only to eat these amazing pizzas in this fantastic atmosphere, but to definitely say hi to Kevin. Thank you very much for this incredible experience!

First time going to MOD Pizza was a great experience! I was going to get the mini 6″ but was recommended to get the 11″ MOD. Which I was by far pleased by. They have all toppings in front of you like a subway or chipotle. Then they put into a fire stove which I thought was cool. For the 11″ pizza and drink came out for $11.95 which I thought wasn’t so bad at all. Filled me up even though I only ate half. I really liked the kind staff being patient with me. All around great first time experience.

In the past few visits a lot of waiting and bad service, if you have a short break do not go there for any pickup the average waiting time is 15-20 plus minutes, false Advertising from them if you pick from online order . No manager was present every time I was there and usually is around noon on the weekend when usually go for my break.
