Being Peruvian, we definitely set our bar a bit higher and this place always hits. Also a little bias because the owner of this place was apart of the original fiesta that opened up decades ago in Stamford. The original chef from there is also here so this brings me back to my childhood.

Food is good. Always get a hot dog and fries to dip into the green sauce. Fried pork chops are great too. Any food with the green sauce is good! Service could be better but ok. No issue with parking, lot or street. A good place for some Peruvian.

I usually go there at least twice a week. But after yesterday I doubt it!!! I ordered a churrasco ! It was horrible!! Very dry and hard !! I couldn’t eat it!! On top of that the waitress was rude !! She came to my table with an attitude. Assuming I didn’t have any idea about my order. Thanks to RAQUEL for always showing great customer service.

My favorite Peruvian spot around here! Love the Lomo/Pollo Saltado and Chaufa de Carne. The portions are BIG and the food is always fresh and well seasoned. The real star of the show is their Aji Verde. I’ve been trying to figure out their recipe for a while and just can’t get it. Staff is also very friendly and courteous. If you want Peruvian food definitely hit this spot up!

I had same experience on the last delivery but i gave them second chance but I guess Mochica don’t care. I specifically told twice regarding please make sure chicken is well done. Both time chicken was almost in raw stage and fries was half cooked. Very disappointed. I will not order from this place again.

Delicious authentic food. Doesn’t matter what you order all the plates are delectable. The price are so reasonable and size of plates are even bigger. Came all.way from Brooklyn and will definitely be back.

Ordered lomo and got dry steak onions and tomatoes. The cook didn’t even bother to put a single drop of soy sauce. Lomo is made with soy sauce vinegar ginger and other ingredients. This was literally chopped steak in a frying pan . The cut of meat they use is dirt cheap that’s why the sauce makes it so good. On top of that, they need to make a new batch of aji sauce, ours smelt like spoiled milk
