This place is too cute. The workers were very nice. The restaurant was clean. The only reason behind the four stars was that the hush puppies were not quite finished in the middle, they don’t serve diet soda ( only Coke Zero), and there was not a changing station in the men’s. We ordered fish sandwiches, fries, onion rings, hush puppies, and a brot sandwich. When it comes to the restrooms, they were not only clean, but they were adorable.

Only giving 1 star because I can’t give 0. My boyfriend picked us up dinner and as soon as we went to start eating, I noticed a long black hair on one of our hush puppies. At first glance I thought it could’ve been my dogs hair and went to pick it up when I realized it was COOKED INTO the hush puppy…. Which instantly made us both sick to our stomach. We checked the other hush puppies and it ended up being more than one. I couldn’t get an answer when I tried calling so we ended up driving back up to talk to a manager. We threw the rest of the food away since we had both lost our appetite and took the hush puppies with us. I explained to the lady at the counter what the issue was and kindly asked for a refund. She explained she could either remake it or refund the money for the hush puppies which normally I would be okay with since I’ve worked in the food industry for 10+ years but the fact that it was cooked into it…. Couldn’t really get past that so I explained neither of us would eat the food even if it was remade and we had thrown away the rest of it. She stated she had to call someone to ask if she could since she doesn’t have the authority to do a full refund. The person on the phone said the same thing she first told us so I repeated myself again until the person on the phone agreed to give us a full refund. I don’t intend this review to bash them but maybe to warn others to just be cautious and check your food and maybe for the employees to wear hairnets while preparing the food or handle situations like this better in finding a solution.

Still the best fish sandwich and onion rings around. Piece of fish was huge. They gave me enough food for 3 people and it was just me eating. Girls at the counter were super friendly. Cleanest restaurant I’ve been in in a long time. Food is made to order so it don’t sit under a heat lamp and dry out. Fried pickles, onion rings, fish, cut and breaded fresh daily. Max and cheese is homemade everyday, slaw is homemade, and the homemade cocktail sauce is to die for. Very good place to eat. Will for sure be going back.

We went to eat there at 6pm and were told the dining room closes at 6 30 pm. The lady I suppose was the manager acted like we imposing on them to stay and eat our 33.00 fish box and 2drinks. The fish was good but not many fries in the box for 2. The lady actually locked the doors not long after we sat down to eat. I had a very rushed and uneasy feeling about the whole situation. Will never eat there again and may not be in business much longer with people like that running it. Would not ever recommend eating there.

Slooow drive through, great fish. Hush puppies were minus an order. Two pieces of fish $10.99…too much to pay, even with rising costs.

Extremely short staffed. Drive thru only. Raised prices, but didn’t post new prices on menu board (because they’re short-staffed, so they say). Love their fish. Ordered family basket, got 8 pieces fish and bread, hush puppies (8), nice size order of french fries and another of onion rings, but was dismayed at only getting 2 very small containers of cole slaw and 2 very small containers of Mac ‘n Cheese. For $50, I thought we would have gotten more. Won’t be ordering that from them again. Probably just get a sandwich, because I do love their fish.

Awful experience from start to finish. We went through the drive thru and ordered. The girl gave us our drinks that were overfilled and as soon as we put our straws in soda spilled into our laps. I asked the girl for a pile of napkins because the drinks were overfilled and leaking and she brings me back 1 napkin.I asked again for several this time and with an attitude she brought back 2 napkins. We paid 44.00 and change for 3 whale of a sandwich combos and a fired mushroom. The mushrooms rang up for 3.99 and we saw after pulling away there were 4 tiny cold mushrooms in the box. Our fish on all three meals were cold and over cooked. The combos were placed in a kids size container and as a result the frys were minimal and smaller than a small sized fry would be. I guess thy were out of an appropriate container. I began to unwrap the wax paper they placed over my meal and noticed a knat between ( dead). I feel like we were ripped off . 44.00 is not chump change. I won’t be going back to this location ever again.

We ordered two clam combos and one shrimp combo. Shrimp was ok but the clams were horrible. Took one bite and threw it away. Didn’t taste like clams at all. Don’t waste your money.
