Love the yuzu chicken ramen. The soup was my favorite and love the texture of the noodle with a chew. Grill riceball was also very good. Service is not the best. First round of the order, they missed 2 items, then we made additional order and they missed again. Toro sushi was also really good and melts in my mouth. The best meal I had this trip.

A great spot to stop and get a variety of food at. In my party, we had Ramen, Yakatori, Sushi, and a some Appetizers. Everything was fresh and fulfilling. I was especially fond of the sushi presentation but admittedly the overall experience was a tad dull. The waitress and chef were quiet and didn’t seem to be interested in talking over lunch. We asked some basic questions like where the chef practiced at and how long he was in sushi but had little reply. Also I did not realize until it was too late that every piece of sushi had Wasabi on it which was not my preference.

Absolutely excellent. Sushi, ramen, and katsu for the keiki. Managed to stand out even among all the other very good restaurants in Waimea. Wish I had a Moa’s at home.

This is hands down the best ramen I have ever had. The spicy yuzu shio ramen is exceptional. It may have been the best meal of my life. It left me in a state of bliss, wondering what happened to me. Whoever came up with this ramen has my eternal gratitude.

Big family dinner here. The food is great overall. I liked the sushi, gyoza, and the local wine. Service was extremely slow. The local favorite, ramen, was oddly creamy and the noodles overcooked. I have a local Korean joint that excels at ramen, so I have high expectations.

Not sure what all the bad service reviews are about, every time I have come to Moa’s I have been greeted by friendly staff even the cooks in the kitchen have greeted and said good bye. Besides the good service this is probably the best ramen on the island. My partner is Japanese and we are both from big cities where there is amazing food, and we both agreed that the food was delicious. It is definitely more country home style feeling ramen, but we have tried almost every ramen spot on the island and as you can see from pictures we were satisfied. First time I have ever emptied a ramen bowl broth and all. I had the Spicy Yuzu Chicken Ramen.

Love Moa Kitchen! Amazingly fast and friendly service. Love all the yakitori skewers and the octopus pancake (sounds weird, but trust me) was sooo good. Lightest fried chicken appetizer I’ve ever had. Sushi on point too. Reserve early!

Food taste was good, but small portion and a little bit pricy given its location

We went on a Saturday without a reservation and had to wait 15 minutes but it was well worth it. The egg drop soup was killer and the vegetarian ramen broth was rich and flavorful. Will definitely be going back to try the sushi and have another serving of the egg drop soup.
