Overshadowed by the long lines of 808 Grindz lies a hidden gem of authentic Filipino food and groceries. I got the chicken inasal (Saturday special), pork adobo, and substituted the rice for noodles for under $14. Everything was delicious but my only complaint was that the pork adobo was a little too salty. This place definitely deserves more attention and I’m glad I was able to try it before my vacation ended.

Unbelievable empanadas. The daily pork special with side fried rice was uncommonly delicious. Super friendly, and there was room to sit for a comfy quick lunch.
